Apparently you have to throw it back to the umpire, as I think it's deemed time wasting. I just find it funny it was collingwood that gave it away

They are woeful by hand, and decision making is as bad as us.

Besides Fyfe & Darcy, they arent woeful by hand but they do over use badly alot of the time which invites pressure and unnecessary turnovers

Is Fyfe cooked?

If the Seven commentary team are anything to go by I think yes.  Analysing where he didn’t follow Crisp felt a little harsh.

Woot woot....gotta love it!

Another draw, another discussion about the draw.

Just a shame they couldn't nail that last goal.

I don't have to hear either song. Good thing I'd say.

Freo should be relieved to get 2 points

Suck it Pies. Missed the game. What happened to Richard and Mihochek?

Mihochek hopefully has hurt the hammy again, Richard not sure & I think cox hurt his knee

Yeeew

You watch Essendon Carlton Geelong and think you really hate them.

Then you watch the pies and realise there's a whole new level.

Thank you Freo

Hope cox is ok pffft

Each to their own, my hatred of Collingwood doesn’t come close to that of Essendon.

Really pleased Collingwood has lost the Midas touch in close finishes.

A loss would have been funnier though, Collingwood would have blown up about the time wasting free

Nicholls has to be one of the worst AFL umpires.

Not a high bar to better, ET

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
