Sir Why You Little 37,458 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 The next 2 weeks will depend on whether our Midfielders can find form… 2 1 Quote
ANG13 2,110 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 It’s a pretty good game so far, hopefully another draw coming up. I know nobody likes Chris Scott but it is an incredible job he is doing at Geelong 1 Quote

Billy 2,576 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 Great game to watch Our blueprint is on show on how to beat both of them, break even with the clearances against Carlton & forward pressure against the the Cats Then we can beat them ….. hopefully Quote
Guest Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 I’m worried about folks who wanna read about how we’re gonna get belted in the next two matches. They’ll undoubtedly go to the pregame thread, and won’t think to come to this thread since it’s a NON-MFC THREAD!!! Quote

dee-tox 4,835 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 As much as it is popular to bag Geelong, they are exceptionally well drilled. Carlton work so hard to win contested possessions but the Cats sit off and wait for the turnover. They move the ball with system which means you don't need contested beasts like Carlton, Melbourne and others have. 3 Quote

Ethan Tremblay 31,388 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 Every single time a Carlton player kicks a goal, they celebrate like he’s kicked the winner in a Grand Final. 1 Quote

Ethan Tremblay 31,388 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 Danger shot by another .50cal sniper.. he’ll be back on and sprinting around in no time. Quote
Dee Zephyr 19,312 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 Carlton’s foot skills are not crash hot at all Quote

Ethan Tremblay 31,388 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 Serious question. Why is Cripps allowed to get away with throwing the ball so much? 3 Quote

Deelectable 1,043 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 We will beat Geelong. Our midfield is overdue to fire and too strong for the Cats. If any team can cover Hawkins and Cameron we can. This scoreline has massively flattered them thus far. Return for much lower entries is remarkable against an undermanned Carlton defence. I'm confident. 1 Quote
Rab D Nesbitt 8,955 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 Sounds like a Carlton home game when they score. Surely Geelong would be better to bank a cool $1 mill playing at KP and restricting the opposition to 150 tickets. Quote
Demonsone 2,056 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 (edited) A flag & 3 top 4 finishes and yet our club can’t attract a gun fwd, watching Camero, the blues fwds & the best we can do is Brown with a banged knee and fortunate it lasted in 2021. Yet we continue to try and turn defenders into fwds, Tmac , Petty & Turner Edited April 27, 2024 by Demonsone Quote
leave it to deever 17,618 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 Curnow reminds me of Fev. Can turn it on in a quarter or two and turn the game. Quote
