May is an [censored]. All he had to do is kick it to Langdon by himself. May is [censored] this season. Should not be taking the kick ins.

Lol spare. He kicked 55 goals last year in a forwardline that functioned poorly.

I’d be surprised if we won this, too many players down.

3 goals from free kicks to them that quarter. I’m don’t care how poor the umpiring is, just don’t give them the chance to blow their whistle (then after the game you can tell them to shove it where the sun don’t shine)

May kicking left when Langdon was free on the right… turn

People who think they’re above others refuse to consider the fact that they effect games. Umpires clearly effect games and momentum and the last two quarters have been shocking.

The amount of mistakes is minimal compared to players, there are other concerns than them.

Is now becoming a clanger king.

OMG 😳

Perfect tackles by Kozzie, Fritter and others go unrewarded despite GCS player having ample opportunity

Amazing that an extra field umpire doesn't improve the standard at all

We're in a proper battle here. Effort is there but we've no polish and our forward structure is not functioning. I wouldn't be surprised if King wins it for them.

Gold coast have all the momentum. Besides the first 10 minutes, we have been extremely poor. The tackling pressure finally lifted in the last 5 mins of that quarter, but I can't see any way we win this game by losing 75% of the clearances.

I just dont understand May's stupid determination to kick it left side every time, 15 seconds to go someone open short and he kicks to a damn contest. really dumb football, hunter trying to run around players dumb football. Outscored that quarter a win for the gold coast. We have such a talented side that just goes missing at times. for a team that has perhaps the best ruck combination where are we benefiting from this at the throw ins and centre bounces.

Can anyone explain how we win a premiership with May, Petty and Lever as the key backs, yet now we need to solidify the backline, we don't move Petty back..

I know scores are level but I just can’t see us winning. We’re not changing anything and all our goals have been grinds. They find smooth passage every time with quick replies.

Our midfield has been poor, backline a complete mess and forward entries a joke.

I hope I’m wrong but this looks like it’s inching towards a win for GC

UNLESS WE PULL OUR FINGERS OUT

Can't even win it out of the middle. Our forward line is non existent and our backline is a mess

I really hope tge club can recruit an experienced big chf. It's not bbb or tmac. We have been caught out with those two not playing this year. Petty not the answer and Jvrs played 5. It's a worry.

Should be dropped to VFL, send him a message.

The defense is slop, but it’s the midfield. Midfield midfield midfield. They are to blame for this.

Maybe hunter and langdon should change sides, have may kicking out to langdons side instead of hunters. it cannot hurt.

Turner has been better the last 20 mins or so

No Touk Miller and we still get smashed in clearance
