Just arrived at North Adelaide oval.  

Max running and kicking at half pace, no strapping on knee.

    Eclectic kick to kick, soccer and other warm up drills.  Lots of banter. Very relaxed and having fun.

    2 groups have broken off one into a triangular kicking drill no more than 15 meter kicks and the other group into a warm up, pick up and gather handball drill very clean and crisply executed.
