If I can clarrify WCW AGREE Great game young man

He’s only 20yo but so mature. Good on him! Played so well tonight, five goals and the best part is they beat the Lions.

Will it be Daniher or Hipwood (among picks or another player) that gets traded at the end of the year for Ben King?

One of them has to go and if I’m Brisbane, I’m throwing everything I have to get King.

Would B. King want to go to Brisbane? If he's got offers from VIC?

I’d imagine he’ll go to a Vic club for sure, but Brisbane are going to throw a lot at him as Daniher and Hipwood in the same forward line are not going to win them a flag.

Wreck it Ralph us the worst segment on television.

Every time Dermott Brereton speaks on tv is worse than a thousand Wreck it Ralph’s.

I have to mop up the pretentiousness off my lounge room floor every time I hear him on my television.

Unbearable.

Hymie:

  • had a much better footy brain,
  • was both-sided,
  • had a friend,
  • was well groomed,
  • knew siht from clay.

Didn't King just sign an extension last year?

He signed a two year extension just before the season started last year, so he’s up for grabs for 2024 is my understanding.

where the heck was lobb while andrews racked up 16 marks?

the least he could have done was tag andrews who could lead him to the ball

....and that single mark he was gifted wasn't a mark

Damn condenser mics.

We need condenser  mics amongst the journalists to be able to hear them and dynamic mics for the coaches and players.

SM57’s ideally for that 1970s look.

Nah he would be contracted this year and next (he would've already been contracted to end of last year when he signed) so his contract won't be up until October 2024 for the 2025 season.

Of course he may decide to say he wants out a year early.

Ohhhhh yup, you’re right. My bad. Misunderstood extension meant in an already existing year to play out.

Thanks for the correction.

    TRAINING: Wednesday 15th January 2025

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

    TRAINING: Monday 16th December 2024

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to
