Bystander 903 Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 There is parking at ground carpark plus neighbouring streets. Also, very close to train station. 2 Quote
Fat Tony 5,337 Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 There’s a fair bit of young talent in the Casey side today. Turner, van Rooyen, Wowoedin, Bowey, Laurie and Howes returning. 5 Quote
old dee 24,083 Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 After a week of sunny days I wake to rain. Looks like my visit to the Scray is off. Laptop will be the back up viewing. Pity as I was looking forward to going to the game. IMO there is no substitute for going to the footy. 1 Quote

I clearly remember the jubilation at the station and on the train after we won that game in 1987 to make the finals! 2 1 Quote
Bystander 903 Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 I wouldn't worry about rain too much...if there is some, should be light. Radar looks optimistic. 1 Quote

Even Middle Footscray is really close if you're heading to the Vic for a pint first. Before they moved West Footscray station a few years back on a six carriage train when the back carriage left one the front carriage arrived in the other. 1 1 Quote

Kayo have blocked my VPN so I look forward to my occasional VFL fix on the dodgy stream. I have 500Mbs up and down so it isn't my end methinks. Not sure how much of the old Western Oval remains. It was always a bit of a concrete jungle. Wonder if they serve any notable culinary delights a la Port Melbourne with the Burra burger and the king sized dim sims. Enjoy your day OD 1 Quote
Demonstone 23,573 Posted July 23, 2022 Posted July 23, 2022 I just drove past Whitten Oval and it looks as though we won't face much opposition today. 3 11 Quote

KC from Casey 7,211 Posted July 23, 2022 Posted July 23, 2022 The game has started with conditions greasy under cloudy threatening skies. The Demons have made a few changes as a result of the withdrawal of Ben Brown and his replacement with Sam Weideman. Toby Bedford and Adam Tomlinson have been held back for tonight’s game. for our Demons today – Riley Baldi, Bryce Milford and Aidan Quigley are the replacements. Both teams are struggling to open the scoring with the Bulldogs favoured by the breeze. Quote
Sydee 4,684 Posted July 23, 2022 Posted July 23, 2022 And once again the afl site stream for this game does not work Quote
Diamond_Jim 12,772 Posted July 23, 2022 Posted July 23, 2022 Casey not impressing so far. Bulldogs much more fluid Quote
