Carlton's last kick into the forward 50 gets stuffed up every time.

actually you are much better off not knowing

Sometimes I feel quite inadequate.

I think I shall give the maid a jolly good rollicking ...... and it's your fault Dub.

So good to see 50's being paid for time wasting.  eg, falling over the ball and not giving it back

I tell ya what, neither team is winning a flag this year.
Carlton are at least hanging in and giving themselves a sniff. Richmond look old.

Free to Martin?! Seriously it is a tough watch at times.

Over the shoulder

but soft

There was nothing close to a free kick to Dusty.

As usual the commentary team don't even mention it.  the kick to dusty came from another free as well.   such BS

With all the momentum with Carlton, the umps could well have decided this game

Imagine being Nick, zero flags and his cousin is about to pass him for goals kicked in the AFL… brutal bloody xmas from here on in.

pretty sure you're allowed to reach over your opponents shoulder to try to spoil.

not having a go at you, I'm just annoyed.

Full disclosure - i've got money on the blues.

At least Nick didn’t look like a smashed crab when  he played. Jack is the biggest drama queen. Just calm down Jack, people are literally dying in Ukraine. You just got tackled.

Really liked Bolton and the way he is able to get involved in the game from HB into the forward line and damage the scoreboard. I know he took a few seasons to develop but hope one of our small forwards can develop into a similar player.

he'll have to console himself with being 3 times the player Jack is

What is it with so many poor free kicks being awarded for minimal/normal physical contact? Are the umpires being directed to take the physical risk out of the game?

  • If you even touch a person with a free kick or mark = 50m. A couple last night, and more tonight
  • Williams manning up on Martin = freekick. What!?!?!
  • A  player trips over an opposition player who is almost stationary on the ground and is awarded a tripping free.

Did I miss the memo or can I no longer guess the rules?

By the way, a good contest Tiges v Blues, but nothing more. No killer blow for any team so far.

Agree. Defenders have a tough job

3 goals to the left of screen and 14 to the right so far. That’s the only observation I have out of tonight.

Well let's see where Carlton are at.

If they come back and win against an experienced side then Voss has had an impact.

Along with lots of new players with “Vissy ambassador” roles who have come to Carlton.

How much are the Blues paying Martin? Ouch.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
