Ump no. 8 for BOG.

What was that free kick even for

Even if they win this, the dogs look absolutely dismal. I’d love for us  to meet them in the finals.

Appalling free kick (and subsequent goal)  to the Dogs. Umpire should be in the VFL next week for that.

That is the worst free kick I have ever seen in my life. The bloke is running back with the flight and he calls front on contact. Disgrace!

Agreed! I’d be absolutely spewing rn if I was a swans supporter.

Disgraceful decision follows Swans being done over all day

Or Lions.

Don't forget Sydney is at full strength but the Dogs are missing Naughton, Treloar, Dunkley, Martin and Gardner.

Sydney are a bit like us. They play their best football against good sides. Assuming Richmond and West Coast win and return/stay in the 8, they'll have a 5-2 record against the top 8 but a 5-4 record against the bottom 10.

Dogs have been horrible. They look lost without their get out kick to Naughton

Swans great defensively, poor in attack. Should be a 50 point win

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
