It was an atrocious thing to say

They were fawning all over De Goey last night

Apparently if this was NRL he wouldn't be playing.

Mc Avaney has apologised. And I'd caution anybody about taking moral guidance from puritanical, vomit- inducing Twitter mobs

And they want the grand final?

Someone pinched the Power Board..

Gee Bruce has the goal kicking yips. Doggies should be ahead but this is an odd game to watch.

It's a shoot out tonight.

Bruce and BT again...

oh ....

Bruce is so over the top and getting worse.

What’s this rubbish I am watching, where are all the tackles and stoppages.

English is the [censored] target of Bruce Mc so far...

To be fair English’s tap work looks top notch and much better targeted than Max. Let’s see the second half though.

My god I hate Essendon so much.

i want them to hold the record for years since finals

Essendon go to 5-1 if they win this, with a game up their sleeve (versus Melbourne).

If you think 2020 is bad already, just imagine the drug cheats winning the flag in this demented season.

Good to see Cats lose last night!  (I will conveniently ignore it was the Pies that beat them).

Scott is a very smart coach but their game plan is tailored to Kardinia Park so they don't get all those 'easy' Home game wins vs lowly teams which usually guarantees them finals.  And their wins so far are lacklustre, except Lions.

LOL, Cats will be on the receiving end of boos at the parochial and hostile 'Boo Stadium' for the next two weeks.  Some of their own medicine!

Would be very happy if they don't make finals.  Scowls will replace the smug smirks!

We would been good company for each other last night LH, my thoughts precisely

That’s the nightmare scenario. The icing on the cake would be Hird handing a Norm Smith medal to Stringer...brrrrrrrr

Cody Weightman.  Amazing mark and goal from a first-gamer.

I wanted him over Pickett in the draft when the word got around that we were after a small forward in the first round.

Time will tell, but hopefully both will be guns and provide X-factor for the fans.

Hopefully we beat Essendon in the coming weeks and make a mockery of the “Essendon have a game in hand” narrative....as if it’s assumed they’ll automatically beat us.
