pretty incredible.

to sum it up:

- the club has been all-spin, no action for too long

- this rebuild is genuine not spin

- we have been a drag on the competition for a long time

- we have no leaders in our club

- players have a belief that they are 'wasting their careers' at the dees

- our players need to understand that pj is pushing to undergo massive change and they need to be part of that

- our staff are young and inexperienced (football, admin, both? it wasn't made clear)

- if we are unable to interview prospective coaches due to their current engagement at their own clubs, so be it - it doesn't change the basic planning that needs to take place

- pj is in regular contact with the afl but they are NOT 'driving the car'

- the afl is now the major financier of the club

- they will have a say on the board

- they are backing pj's plan for the dees

pretty full on, i've gotta say.

everyone on the aunty panel basically says the dees are in good hands.

neeld has already had approaches for 2014 according to parko.

parko is still a season ticket holder for the dees, and says neil craig has a clear vision for the remainder of the season.

Fan bloody tastic Bring it on!!P Jackson will tell the truth about the idiots who have run this club into the ground At last .

Now he's on MMM. A breath of fresh air, a serious grown up so tells it like it is and can handle the media and understand the role of hope. Listen to it on line as soon as you get the chance.

This is the most disturbing part; hopefully they have genuine faith that this time the rebuild will come to fruition and they have not become disillusioned thinking "here we go again".

Bang, bang, bang. Answers questions without the hint of prejudice or bollocks. Tells it like it is 24-7. No innuendo or half truths.....

WHY CAN'T I HAVE A BOSS LIKE THAT?

possibly the most powerful "interview" i have heard

and yet almost the most encouraging aspect. Most of this is between the ears stuff. That can be addressed; It can be changed.

Can anyone provide a link?

Love the brutality. Now this is the Reality bus.

I hope Cameron Schwab was listening. The tunein app goes everywhere.

Can i have my $7,000 back please CS. out of your pocket.

Look what you have done??

I am so angry at all this.

I think PJ's nickname should be The Executioner. F**king brutal. Loving the honesty since he came onboard

As an employee that is valued I would love to hear that come from a CEO.

As an employee that knows they've been on the gravy train for far too long I would be looking for a new job already on the back of those statements.

Great to see someone grab this club by the scruff of the neck at long last and shake the hell out of it.

Pity we didn't empoy him in 2008.

CS should be remembered in the same light as Waldren.

Disgraced and unemployable in this country.

WYL, thanks for your donation. Stick fat old sport.

Grow up WYL, seriously.

I recall several similar posts about Neeld when he came on board.

"breath of fresh air", "tells it like it is", "no [censored]"

:)

Finally someone is telling us the truth!

Go PJ Go!

There must be a lot of good people around the MFC. They need to be placed in the leadership roles.

My Anger is growing at CS, DM MN and Others!

I want them to give back the Clubs money they have taken in bad faith!

Grow up WYL, seriously.

I beg your pardon???

Do you realize where these cowboys have left our club????

With a payout that is equal to a decade in my job.

Time for you to grow up Stuie.

We should be able to charge these clowns with treason.

Grow up WYL, seriously.

Truth hurts.

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.
