GAMEDAY - ROUND 5

After the fact and you know it.

Don try to rewrite history.

You fool. got and look at the post numbers.

off to the ignore list for you, Stuie...

Despite what many are saying, Rodan is either our first or second in the tackle count and has saved us on more then one occasion. Jones however, is having the worst game I can recall seeing him play in a long long time and McDonald has been appalling.

I suppose it's what 6 years (possibly 7) being at or near the bottom of the ladder does.

My only complaints are the defennsive zone doesn't work well and the what appears to be half-hearted chasing. Maybe our blokes are just slow.

This wizz bang fitness kick seems to have stolen the zip out of a couple of them. I hope it's not permanent but I am starting to worry.

For crying out loud, I wouldn't want to be in a foxhole with some of the blokes on here.

I don't want to be in a foxhole with some of our players

You and your multiple personas on this website can take your player bashing elsewhere.

Demonland has become a hateful place of late. So many people complain about our clubs lack of culture and don't realise that by aggressively attacking players you are a part of the destructive culture that is destroying our club.

Take a look at yourself and behave as your father and his father was expected to, before you could hide behind some piddly little avatar on the Internet.

Hey F*&K Look at the players we deserve better Demonland are not the problem the players are

Neville Jetta was a very big loss for this side. His toughness and run is exactly what we need. Not to mention the terrible performances of Jordie McKenzie, Dean Terlich, David Rodan and Sam Blease - all guys who were brought in this week (with the exception of Terlich).

Come on Dees!!! Over run em!! Lull them into a false sense of security then run over the top in the last!!

Keep coming dees!

Well that post helps things. Awesome, thanks for the insight...

Looks like weve lifted our intensity.

Still not good enough that third qurter was woeful.

Garland is having a fantastic game. So good one on one.

I love Tom McDonald but he is having a shocker. That pathetic marking attempt probably cost us the game. Terrible.

Brisbane are basically just a better drilled side. The way they clear and move the ball is so much more fluid.

Losing today really hurts our top 4 chances

Still plenty of time, need the next goal though

Classy.

I guess that would mean that Olisk and his cancerous attitude gets a month off then? I am sick to death of you and the things you type, but would never in a month of Sunday's ever say to a players face.

Not in the National Draft.

Because drafting has been awesome by us...

God that Moloney is a crap footballer, Im glad MFC got rid of him.... Same goes for McLean.

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.
