According to Perth Radio 6PR, Quinten Lynch has been offered a 2 year deal by Collingwood.

Travis Cloke is looking less and less likely as a Collingwood player next year.

I reckon Travis has as much chance of remaining a Pye, as Ratten has of painting his house Navy Blue. ^_^

Monfries could flll a bit of a hole on our forward line i think. Not the best player but better then what we have down their.

He's a dwarf marking forward - I'd be more interested in Shannon Byrnes.

Shane Tuck would be a good pick up, shouldn't cost too much and really knows how to find the ball. Would definitely be an upgrade on someone like Moloney.

Am very keen on Clint Young as well, offers exactly what we are after; pace, good footskills and a bit of class. Like Tuck, shouldn't come at a hefty price.

First bloke we should be looking at is Shannon Byrnes!

100 game premiership playing small forward.

I've heard we are.

Yes he's not the greatest player, but if he can play a role for 2 years then it will be a worthwhile pick up.

Who I think we will be after/enquiring about in FA and trade:

• Clint Young

• Shannon Byrnes

• Quinten Lynch

• Scott Gumbleton

• Chris Knights

• Danyle Pearce

• Nick Dal Santo

Just to name a few. I think we will be seeing some of these at the Dees next year. Feel free to add more?

Early morning SEN was suggesting we should get Koschitzke as a tall forward option.

They recieved many texts rightfully denouncing them as tools lol

I really wish the compo picks formula was public knowledge because it might not be worth getting a Gumbleton if it stops us getting a Stringer.

Is it just me or is Ebert a pretty good player with a strong build?

I know Xavier Ellis has had a lot of injuries, but I would like us to have a look at him. I have watched him a couple of times in the VFL, and he is a class above. He will find it hard to get back into the Hawthorn team. He was very good in their premiership win and wouldn't cost us much so I think he's worth a crack.

Thanks-I thought so.

These are the ones I would be interested in. Top 10 in order of preference:

1. Nick dal Santo

2. Josh Caddy

3. Travis Boak.

4. Travis Tuck.

5. Chris Knight

6. Mark Nicoski

7. Brendan Goddard (but we aren't going to get him)

8. Travis Cloke

9. Clinton Young

10. Danyle Pearce

I guess maybe we could have Young at 6 instead of Nicoski. I love Goddard but I can't see him coming to Melbourne

Monfries,,,,,, Chappy!

get me Scotland & Chappy, 2 Years each,,, on BIG $$$$$...

They'll add some tough love to us & the opposition, & teach our kids the correct ways.

add a couple of mid 20's aged players traded in to our list & IMO we'll be better balanced.

    DELUGE by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons overcame their inaccuracy and the wet inhospitable conditions to overrun the lowly Northern Bullants at Genis Steel Oval in Cramer Street, Preston on Saturday. It was an eerie feeling entering the ground that in the past hosted many VFA/VFL greats of the past including the legendary Roy Cazaly. The cold and drizzly rain and the sparse crowd were enough to make one want to escape to the nearby Preston Market and hang out there for the afternoon. In the event, the fans

    INSANITY by Whispering Jack

Somehow, the Melbourne Football Club managed it twice in the course of a week. Coach Simon Goodwin admitted it in his press conference after the loss against the Brisbane Lions in a game where his team held a four goal lead in the third term:   "In reality we went a bit safe. Big occasion, a lot of young players playing. We probably just went into our shell a bit. "There's a bit to unpack in that last quarter … whether we go into our shells a bit late in the game."   Well

    UNBACKABLE by The Oracle

They’re billing the Brisbane Lions as a sleeping giant — the best team outside the top eight —and based on their form this month they’re a definite contender for September AFL action. Which is not exactly the best of news if you happen to be Melbourne, the visiting team this week up at the Gabba.  Even though they are placed ahead of their opponent on the AFL table, and they managed to stave off defeat in their last round victory over North Melbourne, this week’s visitors to the Sunshi

    WILDCARDS by KC from Casey

Casey’s season continued to drift into helplessness on Sunday when they lost another home game by a narrow margin, this time six points, in their Round 13 clash with North Melbourne’s VFL combination. The game was in stunning contrast to their last meeting at the same venue when Casey won the VFL Wildcard Match by 101 points. Back then, their standout players were Brodie Grundy and James Jordon who are starring in the AFL with ladder leaders, the Sydney Swans (it turned out to be their last
