This is a joke right?

When you lose to the tiges by 50+ points there are NO players deserving of votes.

Should be suspended until we play for 4 quarters.

Does this mean that Gary Ablett can pick up 40 touches in each of his first two games, and not deserve any votes? I don't think so.

By the way, Jeremy Howe picked up 130 dream team points. Our next best was 79. Jeremy deserves a vote; maybe even a Brownlow vote.

Lol, player of the year. Whatever, I'll give the points to Howe for exciting me with some of his grabs. Give some to Clark and Watts too. Don't care how much you give to each. Surprise me.

Agreed. This is a pointless, patronizing exercise.

Trengove was shocking today. Missing when it counted. It was a Green-esque captains game.

GRimes not any better with his ridiculous clangers.

Surely winning any MFC award at the moment would only prove you can put your jumper on the right way round and you can tie your shoe laces

Moderators please close the thread immediately. No one has deserved a vote all year. Re-open when we finally play 4 quarters of good footy (ie 2015)

6 Howe - did almost everything well in unfamiliar territory

5 Jones - puts in consistently and not getting caught with the ball like he used to be

4 Watts - see Howe above but not as consistently for the 4 quarters

3 Clark - impressive (mostly)

2 Rivers - I've got no idea why he's not rated by some. Almost always does the job when he's not on a monster

1 Bate - stood up and will continue to improve if he gets the ame time. Strong over head.

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round. 2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
