No changes, goal umpire decision go our way and we would have beaten a preseason premiership favourite.

Also, Dunn to the tip and Bail straight in if he's fit. Other changes pending Casey result.

And if it's going to pour can we please pull the plug on PJ, who at the best of times struggles to have aerial impact on contests, let alone when it's bucketing down? Thanks.

Tasteless.

He lives!

Btw, Dunn missing two critical and fairly gettable shots on goal tonight means I am rightfully shitty with him. Probably harsh on him because he isn't great and can't do a whole lot more than he already does, but he is a poor footballer.

did bartram do enough tonight?

imo...rivers could be dropped...he just doesn't seem to fit into our team any more.

dunn could be swapped for morton. boom.

if it rains don't play PJ...he didn't have a second attempt tonight.

mckenzie is in our best 22...we should not drop him if possible. he set goals up tonight that you probably didn't realise.

thoughts?

Speaking of Bail. Anyone know where he is at? He's not listed for Casey this weekend, and nothing from the club. :(

I'd like the umps to change their colours. Other than that I'm happy with the team.

Barts has been phenomenal. He has literally resurrected himself from the dead.

The conditions suited him no doubt, but he is very accountable and much smarter with his decision making and disposal these days. Deserves his spot in the side from now until he unequivocally proves otherwise.

We lacked run IMO and it was a poor tactical error to leave PJ in the team given the conditions on the night. If the same weather is forecasted I'd leave PJ out next week and put in Jetta or Maric or someone with a bit of leg speed who can carry the footy. Let Jamar rip NicNat a new one again all on his own.

Dunn definetly has to be the one dropped. I tried to follow him closely tonight to see if I could find him doing some unseen football smarts, we all aren't seeing. But by the 5th useless effort 10 minutes into the first quarter I gave up.

We lacked run, we gone down within a kick ! Our run nearly won it for us, Fine line between winning and losing against quality oppisition.

CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an

    ALAS SPRINGS by Whispering Jack

I got the word on Saturday from someone who knows someone inside the Fremantle camp that the Dockers were pumped and supremely confident about getting the W the next day against Melbourne at TIO Traeger Park in the red heart of the country. I was informed that the Dockers were extremely confident for a number of reasons. They had beaten the Demons on their home territory at the MCG at their last two meetings so they didn’t see beating them at Alice Springs as a problem. They belie

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,
