Maybe it has been brought up elsewhere...

But what about the move by Richmond to get Graeme Polak onto the 'special case/Ramanaskas" list as the long term injured list was "a bit unfair" and there view seemed to be that they were helping out a basket case that may be viewed as community service.

He played and showed a bit apparently in a intra-club match just two months after they felt unjustly treated!

Devious pricks they are,with that certainly smell of K.Sheedys work.

they are just trying to get what they can within the rules, the trick is to find the edge of those rules a push them a little further. IN that vein, the polak bid was worth a go , as they say if you don't ask you never know.

Any Club would have done that with a player injured as polak is. I am More interested to see how long The Ben Cousins Hammies Last.If he has a Gun Season it will be another loss to us.

It appears that the AFL will investigate the matter. Let's hope it's a thorough investigation and not an attempt to simply vinicate previous actions of any club or AFL officials.

This is the old "we will look into it" bulldust.

Wait for the season to start ... wait for or find a diversion. Then do nothing.

The AFL have one set of rules for some clubs and another set of rules for others. Its all about the money.

If you have the ability to put bums on seats its amazing what you will get away with.

As I said before this is a rotten to the core club ... plus now I want to add desperate that will do anything for finals success.

How true.

Any Club would have done that with a player injured as polak is. I am More interested to see how long The Ben Cousins Hammies Last.If he has a Gun Season it will be another loss to us.

If he has a good season, so be it. It's irrelevant to "us" as far as I'm concerned.

If he's having a gun season in 4-5 years time, well that is a different story.

    Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy.     A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan.
