2018 Delisted Free Agents
Not the worst idea going around. He’d be backup for Jetta or Hibberd in my opinion. Mostly Casey but handy to call up if needed.

PICKS # 26 & 31 (formerly # 23 & 28)
Just read that Jones could be rated top 10-12 Geelong likely at pick 12. Maybe someone like Liam Stocker might slide and still be there at 23.

Phantom Drafts - 2018
Still pondering 91. The 100-1 shot. Obviously need to see how many picks we will use. Waiting until we see which potential delisted free agents we may sign. If we get O’Halloran, Duursma, Ayton-Delaney, Bedford, we would have got the pace and run, so we need some height. Some older types for ruck/fwd options would be Matt Hammelmann (Redland) 21 yo or ruckman Lachlan Waddell (Old Scotch) 22 yo. , though both could be rookie options

2018 Delisted Free Agents
8 places left on our list. 6 main list + 2 rookies. Space for 1-2 delisted free agents. With picks 23,28,54,62,91 there should be at least 1 free agent to be seriously considered.

Delisting, Trade and FA discussion 2018
Defenders Thompson. Harbrow. Day. Hanley. then just fillers. Sam Day is an A grade type key forward/back and must be wondering why he is left at the Suns

2018 Delisted Free Agents
So MFC could grab Cyril Rioli? If he wanted to play in 2020! Hypothetically only

2018 Delisted Free Agents
He actually has played some pretty good footy. Definitely AFL standard. Dominated VFL but just needed a better run. Would be upgrade on prior midfield depth. Better than Jkh or Maynard.

Need to get another midfielder for depth and help rotations (or the injury curse). It’s a long year. Weller, Sheridan,Partington or Honeychurch all are possibilities.

Phantom Drafts - 2018
Fraser Turner is very good. Very good. I had him around 32-35 but he appeals as a pacy outside wingman. Others however preferred at 23 & 28.

Phantom Drafts - 2018
Refer 23 and 28 thread. Mchenry and Stack - not to us at these picks Wasted choices given the talent available at each pick Based on the Knightmare (Chris Doerre) choices, for me it’s 23 - Bailey Williams (or Ely Smith) 28- Tom McKenzie
-
2019 Fixture
Tougher draw in 2019. Much tougher. Better for $$$ and Friday nights. Expect minimum 4 Friday nights. Expect to play 5 of top 9 (top half) teams twice. That’s hopefully Eagles x 1 in Melbourne Collingwood x 2 round 1 & QB game Tigers x2 incl Anzac Eve Hawks x2 Cats x 1 home game Sydney x 2 Giants x1 away Kangas x 2 hope it’s Pies (away) Round 1 on the Friday night

Tom Sheridan
Looking at the list and age brackets, Sheridan fits in nicely. With new 4-5 draftees, we will potentially need to grab 1-2 delisted free agents for depth and cover the position 24-25 that Tyson covered.

Classic modern midfielder, A leader. Likely 23-25 pick Ely Smith- midfield bull, competitor, clearance king, Pace, toughness, ready to go. Very skilled. Good competitor. Perfect fit. Likely pick 23-28 Chayce Jones - Tassie- another outside running mid. Wingman. Classic footballer. Good skills and decisions. Likely pick 25-29.
