  1. Long way to go. Plenty of time for the Dees to work their way back and run them off their paws.
  2. I'd like to see him do a Malcolm Blight (coaching St Kilda from the golf course) and take Pies training from Honolulu.
  3. Agreed. You don't put a player such as Brayshaw on the table unless the target is an out and out gun. Lever's good but not that good.
  4. This is not the forum to talk about your sexual history SL. Stay on topic. Moderators?
  5. Alex Neal - Bullen strikes me as a footballer with some smarts and he will find a way to get the best out of himself. Way too early to write him off.
  6. Absolute fairy floss stuff. What were the symptoms of concussion? Barely getting a kick? If so, we could rightly argue pre - existing injury.
  7. Have they put a limit on full stops in Echuca DMMA?
  8. I would have to agree. And when we win the Premiership this year by a record margin, I'd like to think I will take a measured view of 2018, 2019 and 2020 which will surely represent a four-peat. So no, all good here.
  9. Richmond supporters are the most deluded.
  10. It's hard. My initial thoughts: Essendon - drug fiends and I've never forgiven Michael Long re Troy Simmonds. West Coast - see Essendon, plus they stole a Premiership Geelong - smug bastards and supporters with dubious backgrounds in Western District animal husbandry Hawthorn - see Geelong with the added bonus of supporters who can't lose gracefully, don't know the game and probably beat their dogs GWS - artificial construct that's been given the world Gold Coast - see GWS plus Gary Junior's a [censored] St Kilda - hated Ross Lyon and Riewoldt's an albino Freo - continue to hate Ross Lyon and Ballintyne is an aggressive midget Upon reflection, this is a list that is reflective of my own hatreds rather than actual rivalries.
  11. Bad news for a heart and soul player. Make a speedy recovery Col.
  12. Dazzle, I think Biffen probably summed it up best. He did burn brightest and, for mine, the one who was closest in terms of natural talent was Liam Jurrah . Both flawed individuals but ,of course, you went to see them as they could be electric.
  13. I do like the rhetorical nature of this question Chelly.
  14. Spot on WJ, but as Wilson notes, the bird's flown. And you can take it to the bank that these changes will take effect after this years draft.
  15. I thought his sin was being a talentless git who rides on the coat tails of his brother. He should thank his lucky stars every single day imo.
  16. Wait. Back up. There's a Microsoft 6? Get me to Dick Smith. There's still Dick Smith stores right?
  17. I can only assume that you're posting from an asylum. Or one of the great posts.
  18. Save it to 25th March
  19. Scott Gullen (just looked him up) doesn't look 40, Sam Edmund wouldn't be mid 30's. Slight problem when you're voting on the best players of the last 50 years.
  20. It's now journalist street cred to vote for Matthews. There's no question that Lethal was a great player but ten years ago the argument amongst scribes was seemingly between Carey and Ablett Snr. And I haven't read the list but please don't tell me Enright over Flower. And one of the greatest players I saw from an opposition club was Fitzroy's Gary Wilson. I'm assuming he's not as good as Enright either? Heard he wasn't. Don't tell me.
  21. I should have posted this earlier as it's now hindsight but Paxman, for mine, is the best player in the competition by a margin.
  22. Moral dilemma - I now have to barrack for a Collingwood victory next week. Please advise.
  23. Oscar McDonald played like Mitch Marsh on a turning deck.
  24. The other way to look at it is that we'd rather know now than season proper Moonshadow.
  25. There's going to be some very sad posters going forward this season if they think this is bad.
