IIRC his manager shouted it from the rooftops, not us. We responded once it was out there and a done deal. This boat doesn't seem as leaky as the last few, one of the big changes under Roos.

Surprised there's not more being said about this guy. I can't see Bennell fitting into a Roos culture, O'Meara is big risk / reward and Prestia seems (at least on face value) to have said no. If we need outside pace then perhaps this could be our guy. Has been much better than I gave him credit for in his first year. Outside player, very quick and breaks lines / gets into space. Was average in the first few years when GCS had a midfield but turned it on big time towards the end of this year when GCS were depleted.
