I am expecting a few Gippsland Power and Dandenong Stingrays boys who unfortunately missed out on the draft to consider joining the Casey Demons. The AFL definitely needs to consider increasing the salary cap for AFL linked VFL sides. It doesn't need to be as high as stand alone VFL sides, but it should at least be somewhat competitive.

Hopefully Shane McAdam turns up in ripping shape at Pre-Season training when he is officially due back. The ball is squarely in his court to perform in season 2025.

I would let Noah Yze play at the Casey Demons in the VFL. If he wishes to, of course.

Sadly, I think the MCG precinct plan is now not plausible. That is why we ARE focused on having a Home Base at Caulfield Racecourse. Hopefully, this will be the main priority (besides winning Premierships) of the Melbourne Football Club Board. We simply cannot be nomads for another 160+ years!
