Can anyone give an update as to where Lawrence is at. Would appear about to be delisted if he can't even play in casey firsts.

Will Martin get his chance back or will they give Cook a go....
Roost It replied to Hells Gates's topic in Melbourne Demons
Or we could of drafted Darling and he'd be playing. Those waiting on Cook, seriously, talk about clutching at straws. -
Ideally we have our own reserves side playing out of Docklands, but that's a long way away.

Boak for pick 3 in a supposed super draft seems to much to pay If we did this does it mean we then get to take Viney at 25?
-
We really need Gawn to come on over the next 2 years. Doubt very much whether Jamar wouldh've got a 3 year contract if he had any competition for his ruck duties. Still there 's no way we could move on without him in our current predicament.

Caddy - do we want him and if so what's he worth?
Roost It replied to binman's topic in Melbourne Demons
I'm down for tough and uncompromising but a sniper should never be welcome. I watched him king hit Rohan Bail off the ball and have zero respect for him and his type. I think the youtube video of the carlton boys dubbed over Deliverance sums him up perfectly -
Throw Monopoly Money at $cully on Sunday
Roost It replied to Range Rover's topic in Melbourne Demons
The only thing I want from this is a Premiership. Whether are supporters clap, cheer, growl, dribble or swear is of no consequence to me. Just win FFS. Oh and Boo little Tommy like your life depended on it! -
For what reason?

He could play at Casey
-
I think you'd call that a nightmare

Shelve the Cloke idea, let's get Jonno Patton ...
Roost It replied to Range Rover's topic in Melbourne Demons
His contract runs out in 2014 We offer hom 5mill for 5 years We trade with GC for first pick in the ore season draft He fls to Melbourne and moves in with Watts It's really not that hard -
If GWS or GC bid for Viney with no intention of using their pick on him surely that amounts to tampering with the draft.

Cloke and Collingwood - to part or not to part?
Roost It replied to Satan's topic in Melbourne Demons
If that were true then Harrington should be shot -

If he leaves collingwood his dad should be shot -

OUT: Green, Tapscott, Dunn IN: Bartram, Cook, Gysberts

His pace and lack of kicking penetration are a major concern. His effort and application are first rate. I actually believe the latter will take care of the former and he'll become a very good player. How we could do with Cotchin and Martin in our side

Groin or not Green is clearly finished at this level

His attack on the contest is such that he couldn't breakout of a wet paper bag. Too often He shits himself and turns it over. Fast losing patience with him. I don't think he has to be at the bottom of every pack but when it's his turn he HAS to go and too often he doesn't.

Cloke and Collingwood - to part or not to part?
Roost It replied to Satan's topic in Melbourne Demons
He'd look good in a Melbourne guernsey with a Premiership medallion round his neck, mind you so would most of us. -
sorry cant have too many wins that way
Roost It replied to Demon trucker's topic in Melbourne Demons
FFS That's like complaining about not having a baby before you've had sex. We're 10 games into a whole new regime. We're finally being trained to win a final deep into september. Patience is required like it always has been to support this club. -
Jurrah - Why would the club offer such excellent support to Jurrah only to delist him at years end. It makes no sense. If he walks out of court a free man and really wants to play football the club must keep him. He's a rare talent and we need all the talent we can get. Bennell - Has talent, lost at the moment. Certainly not without hope. Keep Jamar - trade for someone good Moloney, Dunn, Bate, Sylvia, Davey,Green - whatever, no longer care Gawn - must get this kid strong and on the park Spencer - I just don't think so but Jamar surprised us.

Message from the President...
Roost It replied to The Song Formerly Known As's topic in Melbourne Demons
The only thing I want McLardy or Schwab to tell me is the name of their far more credentialed replacements. If this club is to survive these two have to move on. In saying this I mean no disrespect to Don Mclardy, he didn't choose to become President but surely as an intelligent man he knows he's swimming way outside the flags with this club. As for Schwab, how many more chances does he get. And when he goes can we send him off with those ridiculous blazers.and our pink jumpers. Maybe get Colin, Brent, Brad, Aaron and Mark to carry his stuff on their way out the door. I'd love Neeld to bring in Couch, Davis,Tynan, Taggert and Nicholson. Sure we'll get pumped but at least we'll get an idea if the future exists or not,
