I belong to the select few - Make that just me maybe...that would prefer to have Spencer in the side rather than Pedo or Dawes. His kicking isnt any good admittedly but he is the mountain that splits em up and he clunks marks in the forward line. He would make Gawnys work easier thats for sure. And he is hard and mean.

If Gawn is our only fit ruck going into the season, Id rather we were able to bring Jamar in, than Port or especially Essendon. If Bombers have Luenberger and Jamar and Gawn gets a niggle, who are we going to have in the Ruck? I understand Spencer Dawes and Frost have all not had clear Pre-seasons. Am I missing something?

Im glad the bombers have to take their medicine. Most demonland posters were right. They will be down for years. Its over, their prolonged punishment will continue until Hird, Reid and Danks are hounded out of the state or put in stocks. But continual gloating demeans us, IMO.

My opinion is that any media organisation that isnt going after James H is looking to sign him up as a commentator. And thats probably all of them except the Age.

So after 4 years of listening to "Nows not the time to talk about outcomes" and "EFC havent been found guilty" we can actually point and jeer. I personally hate the "Nows not the time to discuss" for whatever apologists come up with in any field. I hope punishment is solid and I hope the Brownlow is ordered returned. Im a life member which was pretty cheap a couple of years back. If I pay 10cents per hour I read this site, Thats at least 1 hour a day. (sometimes 3) Times 7 equals $.70 a week. Times 52 = $36.40 a year. Ive tried to wean myself off Demonland, but like MFC Ive been too long in the wasteland and Im rusted on. I can easily donate another $36.

I very much liked Mark Doran but Id understand if Im in the minority. Another mate Des Dowling took it up and I took an instant disliking to his show.

If Pro-dee loses it will mean we will greatly regret giving up our 1st pick in 2016 draft. It would be rather valuable.

I believe mistakes in past drafts were a combination of factors but a re-occuring one was scrutinizing perceived shortcomings to the extent that some players were picked because they were not exceptional at many things but had few failings. So some clubs tried not to make mistakes rather than foresee possibilities. With this in mind I hope we take Parish (for polish) and the Weed just because as well as obvious attributes, he has a certain calm "something". I see higher upsides than Oliver for one. Go for it Demons, Ill be happy with whomever you get but I hope its these two.

I can only go by the type of player Id like to see do well. After too many years of watching tough inside scrums and hard fought spartan efforts (and thats from our good players) Id like to watch clean hands, clever vision and accurate passes. I would like polish and thats Parish.

Pretty sure its design is by Dave Larkins better known as lead singer of Dallas Crane, who also works for the Dees. He showed me this design 6 months ago and it looked fabulous then, but it was late.... He has been working behind the scenes for a while now designing and re-branding. Can play too. Well done Larko!

If there is no "big fish" on its way we certainly wont be moving up the ladder. Roos has had many talks with players and managers if my mail has been correct and if he doesnt get one over the line, I for one, wonder what the hell has he been doing this year? He hasnt been coaching. Hints he is pulling off a coup seem to come from the club. I do expect a major signing and will not be at all happy if there isnt an ace up his river-boat sleeves.

"Playing Tall" always reminds me of Brad Green and Cam Bruce. Brad played tall at 183cm but Cam's 190 cm always seemed shorter.

I think there will be an unexpected school of red and black fish either being offered or/and wanting to go.
