Grimes work ethic is Jack Viney like. His contested marks are pretty good. If he could play on when he marks I think he would be a better player. He doesnt take a 1st option, overthinks it, goes back, waits 5 seconds then kicks to a contest. If he could cut back this recurring issue he would be a regular 1st 18, IMO.

Im not a big fan but I thought his game yesterday was good.

I think you get what you see with Paul Roos. Passion-less thinker who is ready for a joke to break out so he can lessen the load. He's not there. Give me the passion of Longmire or Clarko ffs

Other than the Vineys, Cross and Jones I wonder if any of the staff or players cares a jot in comparison to the supporters. Roos for one shakes his head and acts like there is always next week.

My thinking on who we need most (and will play this year) In order my top 6 are: 1 Hogan - well duh 2 vandenBerg - run and hardness 3/4/5 Salem - class / Garland - as good but different to Salem / Kent - I need to see what others find obvious 6 Frost - Im a Gawn/Spencer 2 ruck kind of guy

Im glad that it is just a rumour. Like Trav and Liam, Col was interesting to watch. Ill always go with "His breakout season was stuffed because he got his jaw broken pre-season". Im not asking for holes in my mantra to be pointed out, BTW.
