Great discussion guys, and from what I hear you may have a shot at both players.

Just to throw something in the mix:

Umm are you saying this just to tease us?

Seriously mate

when nick "revolt" gets a boo-boo and cries who is gunna wipe away his tears? I want our team to become the hard-as-rock fierce team that other teams fear to play because of our physical and mental toughness....which we are starting to develop with jones, brocky etc. give bate time to improve and he will be better than revolt in my humble opinon.

And I love your humble opinion! I agree with what u say every time!

fact 1: roo cant kick goals unless hes lining up from the top of the square. still be nice to have him.

fact 2: no big name player will look at DEES with ND still running the ship.

just watched the saints/kangas game. oh yeah revolt is a great player. had a MASSIVE impact on the game and was such an inspiring leader........hahaha more evidence the cream puff he truly is.... when the game gets a bit too hard for him his cream turns a bit sour..... still don't want him. never will.

You are a clown

I guess you where not @ the G in 2004 when he kicked a lazy 9 against us.

Put him in the right enviroment & he is as good as most going around.

If on the market put him on the shopping list.

Or would you be happier to persist with Miller?

so he kicked 9 against us 3 seasons ago. WE MUST GET HIM QUICK...... doesn't change the fact that he has a soft creamy centre. Can't remember mentioning miller anywhere in this thread. Bate will be our man anyway. What is the right enviroment by the way , aren't all matches played on a footy field? or do u mean he is only good when its 26 degrees outside?

Stephen Milne kicked 11 goals once, what a superstar...

im with you redandblue. on two occasions in the third nick had the potential to put the saints bk in it and on two occasions he failed them. He did the same thing against geelong - takes the marks most couldn't, yet fails to deliver time and again. Why can't he convert from places I could? No Saint supporter has faith in the man and I can't imagine his team mates do either.. When the chips are down, Nick cannot stand up..

comes from a massive losing culture and i don't know if you can suddenly transport a winning one into him.

GAMEDAY: Rd 10 vs West Coast

It's Game Day and the Demons have returned to the site of their drought breaking Premiership to take on the West Coast Eagles in what could very well be a danger game for Narrm at Optus Stadium. A win and a percentage boost will keep the Dees in top four contention whilst a loss will cast doubt on the Dees flag credentials and bring them back to the pack fighting for a spot in the 8 as we fast approach the halfway point of the season.

    WARNING by William from Waalitj

As a long term resident of Waalitj Marawar, I am moved to warn my fellow Narrm fans that a  danger game awaits. The locals are no longer the easybeats who stumbled, fumbled and bumbled their way to the good fortune of gathering the number one draft pick and a generational player in Harley Reid last year. They are definitely better than they were then.   Young Harley has already proven his worth with some stellar performances for a first year kid playing among men. He’s taken hangers, k

OVER YET? by KC from Casey

The Friday evening rush hour clash of two of the VFL’s 2024 minnows, Carlton and the Casey Demons was excruciatingly painful to watch, even if it was for the most part a close encounter. I suppose that since the game had to produce a result (a tie would have done the game some justice), the four points that went to Casey with the win, were fully justified because they went to the best team. In that respect, my opinion is based on the fact that the Blues were a lopsided combination that had

    CENTIMETRES by Whispering Jack

Our game is one where the result is often decided by centimetres; the touch of a fingernail, a split-second decision made by a player or official, the angle of vision or the random movement of an oblong ball in flight or in its bounce and trajectory. There is one habit that Melbourne seems to have developed of late in its games against Carlton which is that the Demons keep finding themselves on the wrong end of the stick in terms of the fine line in close games at times when centimetres mak

    POSTGAME: Rd 09 vs Carlton

The Demons were blown out of the water in the first quarter and clawed their way back into the contest but it was a case of too little too late as they lost another close one to Carlton losing by 1 point at the MCG.
