Christian Petracca

Trac has recently got really involved in welfare work and helping the unfortunate

He has recently toured some of the most down-trodden and needy institutions in Melbourne

He will dedicate tonight's gnocci recipe to North

Sam McClure loathes Melbourne.

Who hurt him at Primary School? This is deep seeded pathological hatred.

I remember when that [censored] who is a Carlton supporter was fooled by Clayton Oliver pretending he wanted to go there to get a big deal from Melbourne. He quadrupled down on this even when it was pointed out he signed a huge deal about a month later.

And I’m questioning the validity of that conversation.

If you don’t like it, don’t post it.

Wait what?

We're now telling people not to post or pass on any information they may have been told because it simply doesn't suit your narrative?

Seriously, this place has the lost the plot with the amount of sensitive and insecure individuals that cry at the drop of a hat when a journo reports some of late regarding our players.

It's up to you whether you want to believe it or not but to completely slam someone purely for passing information is genuinely pathetic.

Thanks @Moonshadow for passing on the info. And yes you are 100% spot on being a normality that players do meet with other clubs and tour facilities. Clearly @adonski has heard similar rumours of him touring North facilities so there mudt be some smoke somewhere. Doesnt mean hes going there though.

Happens all the time. I know for a fact Scott Lycett from Port Adelaide did a medical and toured our facilities last year but but no one from the media barely reported that. He turned us down eventually citing that he felt his body wasn't going to stand up to another rigorous year of AFL footy.

Interesting. Would have been handy to know for those that rubbished us for not chasing Lycett or another ruck...

Where the hell did I say that?

I asked a question relating to the timing of the visit and how it got past the media.
Comparing Trac to Lycett is laughable btw.

At no point did I say it shouldn’t be posted. Only that if you post rumours you should be prepared to have them questioned.

You can post what you want but if there’s no proof then prepare to be questioned for it.

Pretty sure it was mentioned on here

It was. I was told he failed the medical.
Goes to show you how inaccurate info spreads.

I posted that an employee of NMFC had told me that Trac had done a tour of their facilities. That's it.

If I had known that for you I had to record the conversation and ask him for id as proof of employment, then I would've done so. I'll remember to do that next time 🤦

It would make sense give they're one of the very few teams that could actually afford him/have some chance of completing a trade, i just don't see why he'd leave us, for them to be honest.

I’m not going to reveal my sources, so don’t ask, but Christian did a tour of the Yarraville-Seddon Eagles facilities last week. He was very impressed by what he saw, including access to the Westgate, and public transport options on both the Werribee and Williamstown lines.

His reservations are parking around Anderson street, and the lack of blockbuster movies showing at The Sun cinema. He does however rate the cinemas Choc Tops.

And he doesn't get the whole 35mm thing.

I have no doubt they did. Doesn’t mean they told you the truth.
I’ve been told plenty of BS from people in the know too.

Petracca will stay as even if he wanted to definitely go, what sort of deal would satisfy us? And is a satisfactory deal even possible?

We can always hold him to his contract anyway

We've already lost a topliner in Brayshaw, a handy utility in Smith and I can't see us getting much for ANB (who is one of the first players written down on the team sheet)

I feel the media is just pushing 5 articles a day on this when they’ve had no new info apart from the original disgruntled report.

Goodwin again said today that Trac is staying and will be here for 5 more years but that wasn’t reported anywhere. Instead, more rubbish hypothetical trade articles on him leaving.

The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence. Lack of preparation after a problematic preseason prevented Oliver from reaching the high standards set before last year’s hamstring woes. He carried injury right through the back half of the season and was controversially involved in a potential move during the trade period that was ultimately shut down by the club. BLOODY BLUES by Meggs

The conclusion to Narrm’s home and away season was the inevitable let down by the bloody Blues  who meekly capitulated to the Bombers.   The 2024 season fixture handicapped the Demons chances from the get-go with Port Adelaide, Brisbane and Essendon advantaged with enough gimme games to ensure a tough road to the finals, especially after a slew of early season injuries to star players cost wins and percentage.     As we strode confidently through the gates of Prin

Melbourne’s most important player who dominated the first half of the season until his untimely injury in the Kings Birthday clash put an end to his season. At the time, he was on his way to many personal honours and the club in strong finals contention. When the season did end for Melbourne and Petracca was slowly recovering, he was engulfed in controversy about a possible move of clubs amid claims about his treatment by the club in the immediate aftermath of his injury.
