I vowed that I will never watch Collingwood play again except when we play them. They are dead to me. I wish them nothing but misery for the rest of eternity.

Oh, that was ugly. Hope Wood is ok

looked like a very hard landing on his shoulder. doesn't look good at all

Bloke going off the ground on a stretcher.

I'm surprised the filth people haven't started a "Collingwood Collingwood" chant. Or booing him.

Yeah, that whole conversation based on spin notes was, at best, in poor taste.

You and me both. I refuse to watch this despicable team. It grates me so much that these thugs - Maynard, Cox and Howe got premiership medals last year.

Good response Saints, all over them at the moment.

I tipped the swans last week, and the saints this week.

It's just so crazy it might work.

:jakovich:

Do the pies look much slower than they did last year? They look like a different team

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

Not long ago, the narrative surrounding Melbourne was steeped in pessimism. There was some concern among the pundits (and even some fans) that the club would arrive at the AFL’s Gather Round still winless, vulnerable to a familiar adversary in the Essendon Football Club, and facing significant scrutiny from an ever-critical media on a national stage. Things have changed.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

Steven King astutely identified the issues that had plagued the Melbourne Football Club over the past two and a half seasons when he auditioned for the newly created coaching role. The side that had claimed the 2021 premiership had become stodgy, slow-paced, and hesitant to take the initiative.
