Feel it’ll be the Lions day. Daniher is the key, if he can mark and dominate and kick straight he’s unstoppable

Pies have choked in GFs for decades

they are 3 wins from their last 16.

relax everyone. Maybe Bucks can give the pre match speech on how to choke

Cameron doesn't mind the dry conditions too. Loves playing the filth as well.

Did I just hear that [censored] Hamish McLachlan say about KISS  "world class act for the world's biggest sport?"  Pffffff. What planet is he on?  Soccer, basketball, tennis and cricket say hi.

Might not be the biggest but it's the best

Makes me sick to think of the monumental waste of money the AFL has paid to get KISS today when, for example, our AFLW players, if out injured or rehabbing etc. but wanting to go interstate to support their teammates, have to pay their own way there. That’s just one example. FFS, get a young Aussie band to perform next time.

haven’t been able to bring myself to switch the game on.

not sure i will

the cheering of Maynard will make me want to murder someone

I am turning off as soon as it looks like Collingwood has it won. I hope that never happens. I worry the umps will keep it close if the Lions are going well but let the Pies kick away if they can.

Fair to say it applies to all of us today. It's up to the lions to stop us getting too hammered.

Collingwood do often win by small margins, so often one might say it's a strength.

They certainly dont throw away games and have supporters trying to turn that into how unlucky they were.

On top of that ,thuggery and all, they play like they are enjoying it.

Maybe Goodwins boys could take a leaf out that book and see if it helps their big game lack of composure.

Fmd!

MFC arnt in the G/F because of  a dysfunctional forward line ,injuries  and lack of poise when the pressure is on.

They certainly try hard though

McRae leans into the 19th man. They are doing this "for the fans".

We won a flag in Perth while we were all at home in our underwear.

In 2022 our own players were criticising us for not turning up. Then we choke in 4 finals in a row at the MCG.

McRae is a superb coach and their fans are fully bought in. They take them for the ride. I don't feel like I'm on the "journey" that Goodwin talks about. I feel like just an observer. That's the difference between clubs like Melbourne and Collingwood and it's why they've played in like 35% of all Grand Finals.

gill to pa:  get me a band, any band, as long as they are black and white

filth will need more than kiss to win this one ... go roibois

They’ve played in 20 of the last 80 grand finals but only won three of them. I think I’ll stick with Melbourne.

Brisbane please do us all a favour and beat this mob. I cannot handle living in Melbourne for the next week or year if the filth win.

We want misery on these players and fans.

Kiss are appalling

Just embarrassing…

Live lead vocals, the rest is backing tracks. Gene Simmons isn't even playing the bass in rhythm to the music.

Mike Brady is always great. Nice nod to RDB.

Gimme the all Australian 2021 pre match anytime.

Probable biased.

But Kiss is so Gill and AFL bombastic BS

I'm loving watching our girls play instead of this hyped up garbage

I can report the beach down on the Mornington Peninsula is superb. It’s pretty crowded so obviously there are a lot of people like myself who don’t give a rats about todays GF.

The Pies will come out of the blocks if Lions can stay with them in the 1st quarter they’ll win comfortably.

If the Lions can’t match the intensity then it’ll be over by halftime.

[censored]… never high. Did they see what he did to Toby Greene?

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
