Haven't heard Rivers' name called yet.   Did he stay in Melbourne as an emergency?

Rivers just called so he's there

No emergency required as we have already played

Big game. Casey are flying undefeated while the Suns are % out of the 8 currently 11th and last week beat top 8 team GWS by 9 goals so it might be our biggest test yet.

Possible team:

B: D.Smith, Ellison, Buntine
HB: Hunt, Tomlinson, Rivers
C: Baker, Dunstan, Woewodin
HF: Melksham, van Rooyen, Laurie
F: Moniz-Wakefield, M.Brown, Chandler
FOLL: Bell, White, Munro
IC: McVee, Rosman, Grey, Josh Smith, Steele

If this is a test it’s multiple choice 😈😈😈

The only negative is you can't cast it to your TV from your phone. I usually just watch it on my laptop.

Yes you can, I do it every week. Android phone and Google TV.

Early call, but could see us drafting the ruckman - Bell.

I like the look of him too - I thought he played really well against the filth in the wet the other week as well

I had hoped we might even mid-season him but thankfully/sadly no long term injuries gave us a spot.

It’s interesting watching Mac Andrews given his history. Played on ball in his underage games but isn’t anywhere near big enough for it against adults. He might end up being a not quite player for a few years until he finds his position.

with all my streaming problems i find the quickest way to get it back on track is right mouse press reload

Mac Andrew looks at this stage of proceedings to be a speculative late draft pick with ‘potential’. Craig Cameron seemingly still takes a sneak peek at the demonworld boards. All that rampant hyperbole and an exclusive thread ‘appears’ to have swayed some of the draft order decision  making. JVR alternatively is by nature a more natural footballer.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Essendon

It’s Pink Lady night at Princes Park — a vibey Friday evening setting for a high-stakes clash between second-placed Melbourne and eleventh-placed Essendon. The wind-sheltered IKON Park, a favourite ground of the Demon players, promises flair, fire and a touch of pink. Melbourne has never lost a home-and-away game here, though the ghosts of two straight-sets finals exits in 2023 still linger.

  • 2025 Player Reviews: # 1 Steven May

The premiership defender has shown signs of wear and tear due to age, and his 2025 season was inconsistent, ending poorly with a suspension and a noticeable decline in performance. The Demons are eager to integrate younger players onto their list and have indicated that they may not be able to guarantee him senior games next season, in what would be the final year of his contract.

  • 2025 Player Reviews: # 2 Jacob van Rooyen

The young key tall failed to make progress during the season, with a decline in his goal kicking output. His secondary role as a backup ruckman, which may have hindered his ability to further develop his game, and he was also impacted by the team's poor forward connection. It will be interesting to observe his performance under a new coaching regime.

  • 2025 Player Reviews: #3 Christian Salem

Salem proved to be a valuable contributor as a reliable and solid one-on-one medium-sized defender in what was undoubtedly his most impressive season since the premiership year. He remains a highly capable rebounding option for the Demons as he approaches his 200th game at the club.
