Michael Hibberd and Michael Hurley

They needed to see their filthy stinking drug cheat cesspit of a club disbanded forever.

What surprises me most about the situation is Essendon fans passionately sticking behind the people who were responsible for cheating, if it was my club who did it, i would be demanding resignations from the top down no matter who they were. #We Stand By Hird,...makes me cringe..pack of wankers

Hang on... are we still pretending that 'Braysure' is a Melbourne supporter??

The most obviously transparent Essendon fanboy on the interwebs.

After reading all braysure's posts I am convinced he knows as much as I do (which is nothing). Also he seems to be as consistent in his comments as I am after a bottle of red.

Let's not spend silly money on Michael Hurley. Yes, he's a good player (currently massively overhyped) but he's a defender, albeit a key one. Call me old fashioned but silly money should be spent on gun midfielders and forwards and mascots.

Interesting re the dogs and Hurley purely from the point of view wondering what Gordon will say. Because of Cramari he's been one of those fully defending the EFC...so would be massive backflip if he then tried to get him to walk as free agent.

Now we know that will never happen, and in fact Gill will do all he can to get them back towards the top.

But it would be great for the game were any (or all) of the suspended ones to walk as free agents without any compensation to the club that set up and involved them in that immoral unethical criminal saga of uncontrolled human experimentation

Gordon.......lawyer........double standards.    I see no anomaly.

I cannot wait to laugh in all of your faces.

And how do you intend to do that, given it's an online forum genius? Or were you speaking metaphorically?

[censored] off idiot.

This is a Melbourne supporters site.

Mods, please ban the [censored] out of this pole smoker. Tired of his cheer leading for the convicted drug cheats here

You won't get to.  Enjoy the permanent ban.

To be clear on opposition supporter policy: welcome with open arms, if here for civilized discussion.  If you try to 'infiltrate' by stealth and deception, expect to be shown the door.

A Melbourne fan who posts in every Essendon related thread, but not one post on the weekend's results.  Seems legit.

Why are you surprised?

Soccer is well known for violence because it is the chosen sport of the lowest socioeconomic/educated groups. That includes the flotsam of society. (Not all of course, but certainly a majority. Witness Rugby Union as a benchmark)

essedon caters to the bottom rung of humanity, socially speaking. We spend our weekends luxuriating in 5 star accom at Thredbo, while they jostle for position in the shortest queue at Centerlink.

Thank you Nash. Great work

The likes of Ash whatsy is fine, because he is respectful. But this idiot? I'm surprised you guys let him troll us for so long.

Thanks again.

I had only seen a few of his posts, and was giving him the benefit of the doubt (you might not have had any doubt, but I did).  Quick check of his recent post history (honestly, what Melbourne supporter has nothing to say about the match just gone?) and the laugh in your faces comment eliminated any remaining doubt.

I shouldn't be FD, but i am. I love David Neitz as much as my Mrs, hope she's not reading this :) If he were coach and Melbourne players were injected under his watch and he couldn't tell them what it was!! I wouldn't support the club emotionally or financially until he was barred from the joint. If the Essendon fans really cared for their players health above all else, they would think the same about the golden boy. Look how their fans tore any past player to shreds if they dared to mention they were not happy about how they were treated, i have zero respect for anything Essendon

My doubt never existed, but thanks anyway.

A true insider at other clubs is a bloke like Mach5. Easy to see he is a Dees supporter, but provides relatively emotionless inside info from Geelong. He is the benchmark for oppo info as far as I am concerned.

By the way essensure. How about you and you fellow idiot supporters learn how pronounce your drug cheating clubs name properly.

There is an "N" in the middle of ESSEDON...........

Cheers.

By the way, Caracella gone as an assistant at Geelong. Not sure when they'll announce it & they'll probably let him present it as his choice. They've decided it's time to shake it up a little & although a great footy brain, he's a bit aloof. Strange they talked him into doing the coaches L4 course that Goodwin has completed.

Hurley not going anywhere. Such a typical statement from chappy.. has to say something outrageous to keep his name relevant.

When are you coming out of the closet champ? I mean, seriously, everybody knows.

Oh bugga, looks like I missed the action. Does a permanent ban kill twatsure off altogether, or is he still notified when people reply to one of his crap posts?

I suspect if the Lions move Leppa on he's someone who could put his hand up for that role, given he has a history at their club and seems to be seen as ready for a senior role, if not i'd not be upset if he came to the Dees as an assistant coach.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
