That is true i see. Still, he may like having someone of the same last name in the team!

If you want two people with the same surname in the team, why Redden?

Personally I would be happy to see a second Hogan (or two Dangerfields)!

I know those are the reports and that he might have nominated West Coast as preferred destination. But where have you read/heard 'its a lock'?

Thought be might be more keen to go back home to Adelaide.

My sauce .. was at Reddens going away drinks in Brisbane where he stated that he was off to West Coast. That's all I have .... .it was also said the coaching committee were not devastated as internally they believe he is overrated by the media.

Long way to go for a drink, given your name WA Demon!

Lol sorry but this comes across as "full of [censored]" type comment.

This. Toumpas's biggest issues are how much he cares, how frightened he is to make mistakes, and how much he beats himself up when he does make mistakes. It's not a lack of heart, and it's not a lack of talent. It's all in his head.

if this is so, I know exactly what this is like....

& he should NOT leave, if true. he'll compound the issue if he does.

I've always felt like toump has it, but is, 'Shy'... so to speak.

not being smart alec here but there is the converse.

The fear of success. Its very real and often stops people from taking risks or stepping up.

Kyosaki mentions it often in his scribblings.

For some a pseudo comfort zone is near enough

Kiyosaki? Robert Kiyosaki, the self-help get-rich snake-oil man?

Oh goody, the plan for Toumpas now is to max out all his credit sources and fling his money at random short-return investments?

Forbes magazine added a lovely subtitle to his most famous work.

"Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Bankrupt dad." To quote from an article there:

The tips ran the gamut from ridiculous to illegal and downright hurtful and included advocating for insider trading, arguing for the purchase of multiple real estate properties with little or no money down and telling followers they could purchase stocks on margin via unfunded brokerage accounts.

His only successful 'business' is selling self-help seminars and books to the gullible, but most leave happy because now they have some rhetoric to help them feel smug and look down on those worse off, how they are clearly just 'risk-averse' and 'stuck in a comfort zone'.

Please, let's not let that man's garbage start infecting our players. They'll start undermining eachother's game just to open up more salary cap room for themselves. Young players 'strategically' making the showers run cold so that rivals for a spot in the 22 miss a week to illness. And most certainly, performance enhancing drugs.

What i got from that was the typical one eye demon supporters that continue to harrass and troll these players.

Clearly Redden is coming to the dees Dazzle

3rd rounder should get it done?

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
