Great to hear. Will give us some depth in the midfield. Hopefully we can land Bernie Vince and Jarryd Lyons after this.

It will be funny if he plays 22 games next year.

Michie to Melbourne for pick 54 just announced on SEN. First trade of the week Go dees

Gets his body right who knows what could happen in a couple of years. Bring it on

with our midfield one of his legs could fall off and he we still be in our best 22 :/

Been reading a Fremantle Dockers board and they are [censored] off for the most part

sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet !!!! :)

i don't know if he does but common sense says he's 21, played almost a whole WAFL season last year of great footy. Freo would offer him 2 years so we need to give at least that. 3 wouldn't be silly. Smarter than 4 for Vince

You might find that his comeing to our club to seek more opportunity not because how meny years we have offered him.

just woke up....from afternoon nap. My thoughts as well, add Meyers to that list. Probably wont happen due to Essendons unreasonable demands.

Don't USE THE "S" WORD!

It kills players at our club whenever someone uses it round here.

Shhhhhh, keep it down.

Can't complain one bit about this trade. Used the right pick and got someone with potential upside after injury curtailed the early part of his career. Looking forward to seeing what he can do.

I'm not quite used to feeling this good about a Melbourne trade, I'm not quite sure what to do next

Serviceable??

Welcome Viv, all the best

Really with giving up pick 54, which is a 50/50 prospect at the best of times, we've done pretty well out of this deal. He's had time in the system and has started to show promise playing for his WAFL side.

Well done Dees, and welcome to the club Michie.

Welcome to Viv Michie! Damn, that name has a good ring to it
