Andy D is a massive Roos fan and believed he was too good of a coach to be not in the game. Somehow the info was leaked to Tim Sheahan and we may never know how.

Thanks DD36. It's interesting that the AFL was concerned enough to make the approach to Roos as early as round 2 and yet the club was seemingly content with Neeld at the helm.

They just said maybe friday could be the announcement. They said they wouldnt announce it at the b&f because that is all about 2013. So basically dont associate roos with 2013.

But they said by the weekend it should be confirmed.
