It was a very successful season for Tom. He played twenty games after starting in the VFL in Round One, flew to Perth as an emergency, and was a late inclusion - he hasn’t looked back ever since. He played on many quality key forwards and many potential quality key forwards in the competition, and he’s a very important player for the future. Tom has an elite endurance base, and he’ll continue to build his body composition and maintain his high level of endurance.- Jade Rawlings (back line coach) melbournefc.com.au

Superstar in the making. I really hope Neeld gives him a go up forward next season, would love to see him take some good grabs and kick a few sausage rolls.

Said he wants to focus on building up his strength and body size.

Can't wait.

I reckon he is going to be central to our defense for the next decade.

MacDonald, Frawley, Garland and Watts makes for a very formidable defense structure offering versatility and differing and complimenting strengths.

    Many warned that this was a danger game and the Demons were totally outclassed all game by a young Eagles team at Optus Stadium in Perth as they were defeated by 35 points.

    It's Game Day and the Demons have returned to the site of their drought breaking Premiership to take on the West Coast Eagles in what could very well be a danger game for Narrm at Optus Stadium. A win and a percentage boost will keep the Dees in top four contention whilst a loss will cast doubt on the Dees flag credentials and bring them back to the pack fighting for a spot in the 8 as we fast approach the halfway point of the season.
