Horrific injury to Browns RB Nick Chubb on Tuesday. It was apparently so gruesome that ESPN would show a replay. Knees just aren't meant to bend that way ☹️

Steelers fans chanted Chubb's name as he was carted off the field. Take notes Collingwood, very possible for a big fanbase to act with grace.

Dallas, Philly, Buffalo

Akers traded to Vikings for an unconditional 7th and a swap of 6th round picks.

We were linked with Taylor earlier in the year, I know the Rookie running back is doing well but hasn’t faced a lot of stacked boxes yet and Taylor is a gun. Rams have $75 in dead cap this year and zero next year!
Id do it, will help Staff stay healthy as they have to respect the run game and not know we will be throwing 75% of the time.

Joe Burrow didn’t strain with his calf and Bengals said they hope he trains before Monday. Could be a huge out.

Will the Giants get close today? I can’t see it, Niners should Waltz to a W today unfortunately 😂

Interesting game, giants did much better than I expected with their oline banged up and Barkley out.

Their D was great on downs 1 & 2 early but wow did they screw up some 3rd and longs.

Niners are good across most of the positions, I look forward to the Dallas game when the D faces a good oline meaning the secondary will come under more pressure. I think that’s where teams will try and get them, not that it’s a big weakness just not as strong as the Dline.

McCaffrey is the key to this team. If he gets hurt then things change big time. In saying that the niners should win a SB in the next three years.

(Farrrrk me that hurt to type)

Tips!  2 points are being given away this week unless ... (the dreaded trap game)

cowboys might let us down. The much-vaunted defence has no answers so far. Dak and the offense going to have to step up here.

and the carolina coverage is very good so far

Cowboys not good enough today. Cardinals were very good to be fair.

Dallas defence had no answers today. Cardinals moved the ball with ease.

Penalties cost us. On big plays too (that old chestnut, McCarthy does not seem to have the cure for this disease)

Running game in good shape. Red zone offense a big problem. Can’t get it done. Couldn’t execute on a 4th and goal and picked off on 3rd and goal (Dak tried to force it).

Doing a lot right so still confident about the season ahead.

The good old trap game! 😐😁

I’ve been critical of McCarthy for so long.
He can’t seem to take that next level as a coach.
Cowboys run game is good, got good wide outs, good D, good oline and an good QB, but Prescott is another that has never put himself truly in the top echelon of QB’s

Cards were good and elite in the red zone defensively.

That’s a TD to Atwell, no way does his heel hit, the reverse angle shows it stays raised.

And no way they had clear footage to reverse it. They guessed and it cost us a TD.

We need a new QB. Dak isn't good enough, he isn't top echelon like you say. When the pressure comes on he throws interceptions.

Into the last Qtr and McVay has cost us any chance at this game so far. Absolutely idiotic play calling all game long.

Bengals second worst vs the run, we have been good and elite in the red zone, so what does he do… repeatedly throws the ball. No run plays. The fool wants the ESPN big plays and not the grafting work. It does this all the time.
0-5 in the red zone on throws.
McVay drinks his own bath water at times.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
