Can't wait! Dees fan living in Berwick and I'm loving Casey Fields right now. I'll be there with my son, brother in law (both mad Dees fans) and my old man (Pies fan but loves the footy).

The players number list has been updated on the website already, I think there is also a thread with the new numbers list

What I also asked for on Demonology was that the club publish online the actual playing list for tomorrow's teams.

There are always in practice matched extras and it is sometimes hard to pick especially the new players - don't even always wer their own numbers.

Come on MFC - do something for the fans, today.

Publish on Demonland and Demonology!

I'm amped!

This will be my first trip out to Casey and I couldn't be any more excited.

I think you'll love it, there is something about the suburban atmosphere and the fact that everyone around are red and blue bloods... also the ground is huge and always in perfect nick and the complex as a whole is very vast and impressive. I would love to see the day come when the stands are of a bigger capacity and we play a couple of real games a year there, against Port or Freo or whatever. Obviously would be a nice financial boost also.

Mate as others have said, it would probably be a real Pain I.T.A. to try and organise that because they will be swapping jumpers around etc... someone around you will know who blokes are if you ask

My concerns at present are around Col Sylvia. I read on another thread about a week ago that he limped off the track with what looked like a lower leg injury. There was a fair bit of speculation and discussion about whether it could be a recurrence of OP, although this is doubtful.

Is he currently fit and training? Will he be playing in teh intra-club match tomorrow? Has he been sighted since sustaining the "injury"?

Can anyone help?

Cheers

From what I gather from memory, later in that thread, I think it was described as a knock or tap to the ankle (think it was from Schwabs twitter page), clearly nothing to be concerned about and that he would probably play this coming intra club game.

well I take that back! I reckon they heard your screams mono!

I'll speculate now and tip Strauss for no.17 perhaps next year and perhaps Blease to come on and upgrade to no.23 once Junior retires.

From Traralgon just go M1 towards Melbourne.

Turn off at Clyde Rd to go to Cranbourne.

Keep going straight til you get to the round about at Clyde North and turn Right.

Travel about 1.5 k's further down Berwick Cranbourne Road, and Casey Fields are on your left. Can't miss it.

Alternatively, feel free to PM me and I'll see if I can muster a road train from Traralgon.

Gippy

If you want to know how to get Casey Fields, try this link to google maps below and type in you suburb in the 'A' or 'from' area. Then press the DIRECTIONS button.

It will show you the direct route . (copy the whole URL below and don't click on the hyperlink - it doesn't work due to full stops in the URL)

Via MFC twitter:

DemonsHQ: View the intra club team list for tomorrow's practice match - http://bit.ly/accDFX

From this page, I'm assuming players out for tomorrow's match are:

Bate

PJ

Garland

Aussie

Tapscott

Blease

So Is Watts playing or not? Number 4 Is being worn by a Casey player.

At this point, I'd assume that he is, given 4 is only being worn by a Casey player on one of the teams, as opposed to both, as with the other players' numbers.

Is she doing live updates? It says she is protecting her tweets so I can't see them :(

Yep she is.

Pretty much so far she has said that Spencer is everywhere, Jurrah kicked a good goal, McKenzie vs Grimes in the middle and Trengove took a nice mark in defence.

I'm sure the score's pretty much irrelevant but the red team leads 6.2.38 to the white team 1.2.8.

Jake Spencer opened proceedings with the first two goals.

Brad Green is all class as usual. Trengove best of the new boys.

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round. TRAINING: Wednesday 13th November 2024

A couple of Demonland Trackwatchers braved the rain and headed down to Gosch's paddock to bring you their observations from the second day of Preseason training for the 1st to 4th Year players. DITCHA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I attended some of the training today. Richo spoke to me and said not to believe what is in the media, as we will good this year. Jefferson and Kentfield looked big and strong.  Petty was doing all the training. Adams looked like he was in rehab.  KE

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
