Would anyone here know how to get down there from say South Yarra station via public transport?

Depart 8.53 am From South Yarra Railway Station, Platform 4, to cranbourne station, arrive 9.46am.

Take the bus, 896 bus towards Cranbourne East, Casey Complex/New Holland Dr (Cranbourne East),

Then a walk of about 500 metres away from Cranbourne to the light towers.

What about a car pool for those looking at public transport? I'd be happy to pick up a couple on the way through from North Melb if anyone wants a lift.

I'll be going, looking forward to it. It'll be my first time at Casey fields so i'm very interested to have a look at it, and i'll be taking plenty of photos to post on here.

Or perhaps a dink on that bike of yours!

You still got it ?

I'm sure all you wonderful Demons fans will enjoy the game at Casey. Up here in Nth NSW we greatly appreciate the feedback we get on Demonland. Enjoy the game.

Look on Google Maps or something I'd suggest, but for a start you get off the freeway at Berwick, which I think is road C407. Head south, and turn right at the big roundabout (there are two or three) about 5km down the road. Hard to miss from there I reckon.

I`m dying to go but on Saturdays I have to play cricket for juniors and seniors, so all day, and both teams need me. All I can hope for is a rainy day haha

This will be my first trip out to Casey and I couldn't be any more excited.

Welcome to Demonland demongorm. Great to read a new poster from nth nsw. Now just send some of that rain down here! Might help prevent soft tissue injuries.

Are they serving booze there? might have too catch a train in early and start smashing some britney spears, i cant wait!!!!!

Ha it would take weeks on that bike but would be so much fun! No mate I sold it before I went London last year to a mate. Will be the little old Peugot instead HT.

It's the footy, it's out at Casey............... does a bear .... the woods?

Been hanging out for this.

Sorry PJ ain't fit for the FF experiment. I only mention it because I am the only one who gives a rats.

Very much looking forward to seeing some system and Warnock V Miller.

From Traralgon just go M1 towards Melbourne.

Turn off at Clyde Rd to go to Cranbourne.

Keep going straight til you get to the round about at Clyde North and turn Right.

Travel about 1.5 k's further down Berwick Cranbourne Road, and Casey Fields are on your left. Can't miss it.

Alternatively, feel free to PM me and I'll see if I can muster a road train from Traralgon.

Gippy

I posted this elsewhere but thought it was also appropriate here -

Could the club put the players' numbers up on it's website the day before the game please?

The players number list has been updated on the website already, I think there is also a thread with the new numbers list

Only 2 more sleeps, man i need a footy fix can't wait but i hope that ALL the fit players are playing even if its only for 10 min be good to see them in a game simulation.... for all those that are unaware i was reading about the day and it says its a MFC intra club match with several VFL casey players taking part and then the CASEY SCORPIANS family day i asume MFC are involved in this family day to some extent though. Well thats the way it read anyway as our MFC family day is in march (14th i think)

  • PREVIEW: Brisbane

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.
