Yeha not happy that Jamar get's a spot before Morton and Valenti, but i will be interested to see what Bails decides to do with all three of our main ruckman in the side. It's something the Neale was never able to do well, use the talls flexibly.

I think either way we're going to lose, so why not try a few new things.

PS I'm glad CJ's got another run at it, i haven't rated him but i don't think he's been given a fair run at it.

I think Valenti is travelling with the side so hopefully there can be a late withdrawal (Bode, Jamar, ANYONE!) to bring him in.

Someone has to be the emergency and Valenti has had a couple of full games at Sandringham so he looks the best choice.

Christ I am angry!:mellow:

relax Mon.... chill mate. I think we all want to see Valent's in the side (He must have sh!t in Bails dinner when Bails visited all the players at there homes during preseason) but at the same time Bode needs a number of weeks in the side to see if he can lift to that next level like the Garlands, Warnock's and CJ's seem to be doing.

A decent run in the 1's to see if they will be on the list for next season.

I want Valent's to have the same opportunity too and hopefully it will come before the year is out.

the thing with valenti is that if we're not sure on him at the end of the season, we can keep him on as a rookie, and he won't be taking up a senior spot on the list... not that i want this to happen, i want valents on the senior list, but there isn't the urgent issue of giving him some games throughout the rest of the season to help decide whether we ditch him, or keep him...

jace bode on the other hand may very well be playing for his career over the next 10 weeks, because if he's going to hang around, he needs to show us why he should... there will be a few spots on the senior list that need to be vacated and he will be in the firing line...

Jamar, PJ and White.... he'll want to play Miller forward, so dare I say one of those three guys will take Big, Bad Bustling?

White will never man him up. So it's PJ or Jamar?

Gawd help us.

Disappointing to see Valenti miss again.

Must say, I don't think Bode has been as bad as Demonland makes out....

Must say I agree. He looked ok on a few ocassions with his one-on-one clashes with Nathan Brown last week and that was a 6 game player against a 200 gamer. I don't have any problem with giving the guy a go, we have absolutely nothing to lose. Valenti is a rated player by the club and will get his turn eventually.

If Miller goes to Hall because of that game that nobody remembers, i'll throw something at the projector

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round. 2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025.
