Agree with that.

I cant for the life of me understand how people can give Yze votes when whatever good work he does he wrecks with some of the most selfish football you would seen.

It was not just the two inexplicable failures to centre the ball and have selfish shots on goal and missed. He had another set shot for goal which was clearly beyond Yze's range. Did he do the team thing and put it to the top of the square 10-15 metres? Not Yze. Had to go for the ping which just got rushed for a behind.

Not to mention the gimme he missed in the 3rd quarter.

Fair go, i thought his first half was excellent. Second half he retreated back to his old selfish ways, but he wasn't horrible.

BRFE has got it almost spot on:

6Mclean

5Garland

4Green

3Wheatley

2Aussie

1Warnock

A good effort, just couldn't get there in the end.

6 - McLean: is performing at a high level consistently now.

5 - Warnock: excellent job on Cloke. Amazing to think we wanted him gone.

4 - Garland: has gone from a raw kid, to a vital cog almost over-night.

3 - Wonaeamirri: awesome pressure, makes most of opportunities.

2 - Jones: wasn't his best game, but still stood out in my mind.

1 - Wheatley: performed okay... we need a better kicking-out structure that suits HIM.

The weighted figure for this week is 0.819 (second highest of the year behind the Fremantle game). Will be back soon with an update on the leader board.

Clue: Brocky looks like going futher ahead.

I'm very excited about who was in our best today, I hope we're on the right track. ;) Well done to our defenders.

Bobby, don't bother! ;)

Good advice from a SANE person 'Mono'. You CAN see a good footballer when you see one. I take the bait every time don't I? If I was a fish I'd have been gone a long time ago.

What have I said that is incorrect?

Why cant you handle the truth?

How the hell can you put up with Bruces continual rubbish dispisal and those crap handballs he does that cost the team every time? And 27 rubbish disposals mean nohting.

Sylvia had 6 shots on goal, took some lovely grabs and smashed the hell out of a few Pies. Its called 'having an impact'. Look it up.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Posted
Worst on ground - Colin Syliva

Second - Mathew Bate

Third - Jace Bode

No way mate, Bell was worst, Bode second, daylight to third. Bate had a shocker too, but Sylvia was definitely not in the 3 worst.

6. McLean Top game. got heaps of it, clearances, good decicions.

5. Jones Ditto Mclean. Becoming a good user and decision maker. Needs to play more games like this to take the next step. 5 tackles

4. Warnock A revelation. Suited to the big heavy forwards. Beat Cloke clearly

3. Wona Very creative and dangerous. Makes things happen

2. Garland Good game. Athletic, keeps pace with the quickest players and manages to get a spoil in most contests. Developing nicely

1. Bruce Seemed more desperate today and got heaps of it. Would have been higher bar from some poor decision making; esp handball and a shocker of a spilt mark.

Its pretty obvious you are Bruces uncle or granpda or something.

You have done an extremely poor job of hiding it.

No Y_M, He's giving votes to Bruce because of his game today. I, personally think that he deserved 1 or 2 votes, not 4, but anyway Bruce tried hard all day, probably ran the hardest out of all the boys. Clearly his disposal is not the best, but you are so negative towards him its a joke. He had 27 touches and i reckon maybe 5 or 6 were ineffective. The rest hit their targets but of coarse you didn't see that because you are a pessimistic fool.

Yeah, YM is delusional on many occasions 'Addam Magic'. Now he has told me that I must be RELATED to Mr Bruce. I've never ever met the guy but I do know that he is a bloody good footballer and we would be up a well known creek without him. I have suggested that Bruce pinched his girlfriend on a couple of occasions and he's never denied it. Hmmmm! Imagine the team we would have if he was chairman of selectors.

I didn't see the game, so I can't comment on his performance today.

But, are you related to or somehow know Cameron Bruce?

No mate, absolutely no connection. I just can't hack some posters blaming him every week when he always runs his guts out. Incidentally, he was named our 3rd best on the official AFL website. Maybe I'm not alone or the reporter was his brother!

Gee, you're having a go at Adem Yze. I'm shocked.....

Also, you've agreed with 3 votes to Wheatley - on the criteria above, did you miss the "shepherd" he laid to protect Moloney?

Man we should dump him for that!

I also saw the rest of his game. I thought he was good and I dont damn him for one indiscretion. Yze had 4 bad clangers.

Another case of reporters looking at the top stat- getters and naming them in the best.

Bruce can get a million possessions a game, but if he keeps wasting them and giving away stupid handballs that put teammates under pressure, he will continue to be a liability. I still can't get over the fact that he's our captain! :o

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round. Jefferson and Kentfield looked big and strong.  Petty was doing all the training. Adams looked like he was in rehab.  KE
