No it's not, it's a problem I have I my workplace, something called accountability. Certain people not being held to account because they're a favourite son.

Not starting anything, simply stating that laying the blame solely at the feet of Neeld may be wrong.

Was it Neelds or Vineys decision??

If he plays for an WA club fair enough but if he plays for another Melbourne based club well.... -
GOODBYE MITCH CLARK

cant be serious surely. -
Yes and no BB. Interesting reading all year especially peoples takes on players performances ie Watts. Roos has defended his chargers all year during his press conferences, now it's time to see what he really thinks.

I wait to see who is culled first. Results may sway my opinion.

What about H.

Looking at this list and allowing for the loss of Clark and Chip it makes you think how do we even justify spending 92.5% of the salary cap. We must have a truckload of cap space available. The club should be in a position to offer at least two multi million dollar contracts to contracted players in a bid to lure them to this rabble of a club. Players like Luke Parker and Steele Sidebottom. We have to spend the money somewhere, and if done properly in terms of length of contract/front ended there's no reason why we shouldn't do it. We need ready made players not just more draft picks. Throw up the money and someone of quality will come sniffing around. This wouldn't have to be ongoing as in a couple of years the youngers have hopefully come on.

No he's not.

Breaking news the Hawks have just kicked 2 goals in the opening 4 minutes at the house of pain with key forwards missing whilst playing another top 4 side. We are on our home ground, arguably full strength against a expansion club sharing a similar ladder position.

I can only hope the coaching staff don't have the same emotional attachment to some of the players as some people on here do. A number of players been in the system for years and bring very little to the table.

Players to target at the end of the year
Bombay Airconditioning replied to JackVineyForPresident's topic in Melbourne Demons
With the departures of Clark and possibly Chip, I would love to know who is getting paid. There isn't enough talent on our list to even justify paying the minimum salary cap. Overpaying under performers is as damaging as gifting them games. -
Don't forget his two tackles.

Watching quality teams midfielders kick low, direct, bullet like passes to a leading forward..... wow, what a concept.

Rating our list - guess how many A-graders?

He was b grade, his game has gone to a new level. He's not getting caught holding the ball like he used and his decision making has greatly improved. Can be relied on week after week. -
GOODBYE MR. CHIP FRAWLEY
Bombay Airconditioning replied to JackVineyForPresident's topic in Melbourne Demons
How is the system based on lies and deceit? Phil Davis was man enough to say he was leaving the Crows to take up an offer from GWS. He subsequently spent the remainder of the season in the reserves. No lies, no smoke and mirrors just the truth. I think he is going but hasn't made up his mind where. -

Thought Salem and Pedo should have been higher.
