Who is Duncan???

TRAINING: Thursday 29th June 2023
Don't know about the next Jackson but I like the look of Verrall. I think he will be player if he gets a clear run with injury. Farris-White is very much a project, a longer road.

It didn't seem to concern Freo in the Jackson trade... He's out of contract which is a plus...so we offer what we consider right. Probably a 2nd rounder. Maybe they push him to the preseason draft but I would doubt they do that.

We should deal the way they liked to deal on the Jackson trade. He's out of contract so we will give you...what a 2nd rounder?, 3rd rounder? We certainly don't owe them anything.

'Dump kicks into the 50'
Balding with headband?

'Dump kicks into the 50'
You might just have the answer here... We don't have the front half of the Daniher era, not even close. So we need to manufacture something different. ...and to a degree it works. We are sitting 4th with the 2nd highest % The art of coaching is to use what you have in the best possible way. I know it can be frustrating for us fans but it's still only June. Let's see the finished product. Maybe Goody can coach.

Are we banged up again?
I am with this one too 'dazz'

Are we banged up again?
I think it was to play on Cameron. Tomo couldn't play this role. As it turns out Cameron didn't feature but who was to know.

Are we banged up again?
I don't understand this one either...perhaps (I hope) it's something we plan to launch again in the back end of the season.

CASEY: Rd 14 vs Geelong
A good first up effort I thought 'Dee'... ...has missed a lot of football but there's a lot to like about him. When he gets his fitness levels up I reckon he will add a more to his game. Can see him as a very mobile ruck/forward.

CASEY: Rd 14 vs Geelong
Please no...he does well at Casey but offers zero tackling pressure. ...we can't afford that at AFL level. I'm with 'Red', he's probably played himself into the sub role.

The hammy that won’t heal
Sorry, but I'm not trusting an osteopath with this stuff. I did many a hammy and they were never sore when I got back to running, that's the problem. As soon as you start to stretch out to full pace, no warning, they go. You have to ease back into it. My observation from afar...Clarry was running too hard too soon.

AFLW Preseason & Season Start Dates
It seems the AFL are treating it as though the players should be grateful to have a comp...

The Hole in the Heart of the AFL
Sounds like a good job for Joel Selwood...

The Hole in the Heart of the AFL
The big problem is they haven't replaced the head of football and have a temp in that role. A lot of this is on Gil for not moving on when he should have instead of hanging around.

PREGAME: Rd 15 vs Geelong
It was pretty obvious that something was up with Danger. Was absent from centre bounces in the 2nd half & didn't appear to be on the ground for large periods of play. Little or no mention from the channel 7 experts. Watching with a mate we figured by deduction that he must have been injured...

Brisbane Pair Stand Down Amid Poor Form
I think we are doing the same this year... ...mystery injury last week. Probably one last shot at it.
