He is out of contract and still has question marks all over him. A lot of people on here think he might be delisted. I however, am a fan of his. Really disapointed that he didnt manage to get on the park this season. He has bulked up a lot! He will be a massive bonus if he comes good.

As if we will have to explain anything to the afl! Even looking over these message boards we can see these points about the players. Mclean - Has clearly been playing injured for awhile now. Jamar - Has had a history of quad problems this year and is not surprising. Green - Has a serious injury that will keep him out for a while. Its not like we are saying he's out with general sorness or a mysterious injury that the doctors cant work out a la Kerr. Jack Grimes - History of back problems, as if we are going to risk him. Is hardly a senior player only having played a couple of games. on paper wouldnt influence a match. Jetta - Is learning the game still. Whelan is the one who came in for him. Harldy tanking. Robertson - Clearly was going to be dropped after last weeks game. Frawley - This one is the only question mark. Of the ins - Everyone has been playing well for Casey over the last few weeks and deserves a run.

I think we all knew that this was coming..... In other news. Scotty West as full time is good news!

Ive been having a look through the West Coast message boards recently. A lot of posters there think that he is a certainty to be West Coasts 2nd round pick.

He will be a great story no matter who picks him up. Hope its us. sounds like he is worth a punt.

This is good. I hope he can remain injury free for the rest of the year. Was due for a big year this year. Some posters think he will be one of the ones who will be getting delisted at the end of the year. Hope he shows enough to be retained.

I wish we could fast-forward to the end of the year. Im sick of all this Priority pick crap that will undoubtabley dominate the board for the next 7 weeks.

I really dont see how this will improve things in the long run. Teams will just tank earlier. Imagine if we got a priority pick now but then win another 5 games. Hardly makes it fair for the other clubs.

This is great news for the club. Hope we can end up playing a couple of games up there a year. The money the club gets from this is massive. Hope we can get a Tassie/Hawks type deal. Would be a great excuse to head up there for a holiday. Seems we will be competing with the Bulldogs on this one. Seems the new board is focusing on something that can actually make us some cash rather than the old board wasting time in China. Good work Schwabby.

Freo will not win another game this year. We will beat Freo. There is no doubt about it. We cannot win another game untill round 20.

Over 5 years might be a bit long. I think they should scrap the 2nd round priority pick. Calabreseboy lottery system also makes a lot of sense to me. Is that the NBA draft system?

Do we really need to 'inflict' an injury on CJ? Think he would do more harm to hamper their season in the Carlton side than out! Seriously though, I would love to beat Carlton for our 4th win.

In an ideal world. I would love for freo to finish bottom of the ladder. But we still only win 4 games. That way we get pick 1 + 3 and dont get the spoon for another year. Freo needs KPP so will either take a punt on Butcher, or will pick up a local boy eg. Morabito/Lucas. The only real downside is they would get a priority pick at the end of the 2nd round.

Mick is completley right. I want the best for the club. I want those picks. But realisticly I havent been able to truly enjoy a win for 2 seasons now. The system needs to change. Just make it next year!

I highly doubt it. Robbo, Wheatley, Whelan, McDonald are pretty much certain to be delisted.

Ill be really scared if we win this one. This years draft is shallow, and next years is totally comprimised. We really need to get the priority pick this year. Ill be happy when we win more games next year because we have an extra gun player. If we win more than 4 this year then the year is a massive faliure.
