  1. You don't know that for sure. So ill keep my opinion. But I respect yours.
  2. There is a very good chance that Gold Coast and GWS won't nominate for Viney. Even if they do I would be happy to use pick 3. It's not that its too hard for some. It's just that some people disagree with your opinion.
  3. No one will care if we win. The question is 'who will care if we lose.' I think it will be the final straw for a lot of people.
  4. I think a lot of peoples support for this club hangs by a thread. I doubt any one on this message board would give up on this club. We are all 100% devoted. But what about all the semi supporters? We need them on board. If you think the difference between 18th and 16th is nothing then good for you. I think pride means a lot. I think we need to hold onto the very, very, small amount that we have got and try to build on it.
  5. I don't know if I can be bothered with this if we win the spoon this year. We will move a couple of positions up the draft order but will lose 5,000 in membership and many could have been members will simply stop caring. No kid will want to barrack for Melbourne and we will lose another generation of supporters.
  6. I've got nothing but respect for Geelong. I love it that they beat the Hawks after all the build up. It does not matter if Geelong finish 1st of 8th. Anyone who meets them in a final will be packing bricks in their pants.
  7. Why would we be penalised? We haven't done anything wrong.
  8. He is the fickle supporter. The whole time he was talking about himself!
  9. the truth is if Carlton didnt tank we would never have needed to.
  10. http://thewall.com.au/topics/53772-st-kildas-fitness-coach-joins-demons Misson worked with Sydney from 2001 to 2007, including the 2005 premiership. Lyon, a former Swans assistant coach, lured Misson to St Kilda when Lyon took over as senior coach in 2008. Saint were top 4 that year. But they had talent galore.
  11. It was only a few years ago that he seemed lost under Bailey. Last year he was back to playing good footy and this year he has really taken it to another level. I've been really impressed with his kicking this year. I noticed he is really starting to perfect his low penetrating kicks which reminds me of Goddard and Hayes.
  12. I will form my full opinion by mid next year. At the moment I think he has lost the players.
  13. People need to start getting over this.
  14. I'm glad its over. I will be glad when this season is over. Can't wait to begin dreaming about next year.
  15. All we need is 1 player leading out of the goal square. We just need a target to kick too. North must be having a field day when we get forward of half way and then kick sideways.
  16. The mids should just start going the torp into the forward line and hope it goes through for a goal. I could never understand why Bailey played this way and now Neeld has adopted it. If we have no one in the forward 50 we are not going to score goals. If we do not score goals we will continue to get smashed.
  17. Such a bad excuse. Could not believe it when I read that. So because we are 2 years behind other teams we cannot run and make an option? So sad.
  18. We mean a video link. We are too poor to get Foxtel.... No one has provided me one yet though. Not sure if I really want one now.
  19. Me too please.
  20. I know. I tried to look this guy up. But he isn't on the Demons lists or Casey's. I've got no idea who they are talking about.
  21. He showed a lot of promise back in 2010. He was looking to be the next big thing. We had no tall forwards and a lot of us wanted to make a play for him. We would be able to pick him up cheap now. But i don't want him now.
  22. who would have come in? it's slim pickings at the moment.
  23. maybe he is just injured.
  24. Those odds are rubbish, but I expect Richmond has enough money to make a play. When looking at players who would soak up salary cap space, after the top 5-6 they haven't got much depth. They might have to flip some half decent players off but they would manage. If we were in the same boat and had the choice of paying Bate and Dunn average salaries or blowing them off to secure salary cap space for Cloak I know which one I would rather choose.
  25. From the age today ''It was obvious that [the committal] would occur,'' Mr Tippett said. ''The [legal] test for moving this case ... into the Supreme Court is so very low that it was bound to happen. It's not a finding of guilt, my client is not guilty.'' Its gone to trail because there is enough evidence. It doesn't mean that we don't have a massive chance of winning.
