Saty, you have unfortunately over the years made an art form of defending the indefensible. Even allowing for the unfortunate timing of the practice match, to not have membership staff and some form catering shows how shortsighted this club can be.

That'd be a vast improvement on the present. Regular finals would be lovely in my dotage. But a pie in the sky would be great eating.

The ox managed to play 100+ after 3 recos. Just have to make sure he does everything right during his rehab. I think broken bones in the foot and leg have threatened more careers lately. Let's concentrate on the blokes still running around.

Saty, I've had many a disagreement with you in the past, but have always appreciated your training reports and have posted my thanks. I've always found your biting at every critic sad, but we are who are. Thanks again for all the reports. I certainly hope the players show more in adversity than you are at the moment.

Roos in his post season interview pointed out that one of the reasons for the poor last third of the season was that there were a number of players who had very limited preseasons. Without a preseason players become fatigued very quickly as the season progresses - not the reverse. And it's sn explanation, not an excuse.

They're not monsters. Neeld was merely incompetent - the club made the mistake of appointing him. I suspect that Craig was so excited by the lifestyle of a real city that he took his eyes off the ball (and got falconned). They're the drug cheats problem now.
