  1. F'n turnovers are killing us. No composure
  2. Throw / incorrect disposal apparently only one way.
  3. WTF - surely holding our ruckman down off the ball as the throw is is occurring isn't legal? Not that Fox showed us what actually happened at the throw in.
  4. Is throwing the "rule of the week"?
  5. JVR would be very handy
  6. .. and there would have been a hell of a lot more but for the awful 1950 start time. Surely the Dill can overturn the Gill absurd Friday night start times. 1900, or 1910 at the latest.
  7. I won't be able to watch much of this one but have an ominous feeling about it. My MFCSS is resurfacing badly. GO DEES.
  8. Ethan. The answer to that question depends entirely upon what you think it is Perhaps it is the flat football that our players have been attempting to score with over the past month.
  9. Would have been an ideal opportunity for JVR to come along further in perfect marking conditions. I think he will be missed.
  10. I note that the quote was of Iowa law. Is it the same over here?
  11. Or not enough fans? JVR would most likely revel under the roof too See above. They just don’t have enough real fans.
  12. OMG Fritra out so drop Smith and don’t recall JVR, our best kick and best contested mark The other decent contested mark is Petty but he stays back Melksham fresh off 7 possessions stays in the forward line Hope this works but I cannot see how - I could very easily lose all interest in the remainder of the season.
  13. Sure ... but what tiny bones need, or can even take a plate I guess it will all come out in the course of time.
  14. And the AFL sometimes wonder why some people believe they are a corrupt organisation
  15. So we KNOW this? And what small bone in the foot needs a plate but isn’t very important??
  16. binman - sincere thanks for these two posts offering hope (with or without sanity) to us afflicted with severe chronic and recurring attacks of MFCSS. Your references to quick forward thrusts utilising 666 reminds me of the closing moments of a somewhat important 3rd quarter in a big game in Perth a couple of years ago - let’s hope that the guys can resurrect that for us to see live at the G.
  17. My understanding, perhaps flawed, is that a syndesmosis injury gets screwed, not plated.
  18. Plates in feet are rarely "minor" .... perhaps a little less so if it is an ankle. So no inside leaks as to which it is? Is it the same foot that kept him out at the start of the season? 😠
  19. Fritta update, please
  20. As mentioned in my last reply - he has been an elite player - late 2021 - so he has it there.
  21. The frustrating thing is that he can nail them from afar - the first goal of the 2021 GF shows what he is capable of. Is his leg NQR or is it in his mind? Tracc - you can do it and you have done it - do it again!!
  22. And you could give us all an update on loading theory 😱😱🤗🤗❤️💙
  23. Very good point. Tommo going well in defence in Petty’s absence Petty just clicking as a forward before his injury - desperate for a strong tall forward.
  24. He did, then he didn’t, now he does again. It has to be between the ears. Help him please
  25. Our inaccuracy / inability to kick vital goals has realistically already cost us any thoughts of top 2 and may well cost us top 4 thus any realistic thought of a premiership. Surely kicking is such a fundamental skill in Australian football that we cannot continue to recruit or carry players that cannot kick straight and hit a target or a goal. Unlike Rugby where there are few kicks, or American “Football” where it seems only one guy kicks regularly all our players must kick accurately. This is a massive challenge for all our players, and coaches. ARE THEY UP TO THE CHALLENGE ?
