You really don't need to be much of a photographer to use Instagram... think of Instagram images as visual Tweets (and no, I don't have a lisp).

He likes Instagram, yes... but he is also a very much above average photographer. Nothing wrong with wanting to share your work.

Probably a bit unfair with the title of this topic, but I notice that Mitch got himself engaged and Nev got himself married over the weekend. I suppose it might add a little stability... but how will Mitch manage at his wedding (taking vows AND wedding shots)? Anyway, congrats to both.

I think you will find he was trying to argue that the MFC was expecting too much for their pick 2 (that is, hoping for a $150 return on a $100 bill). As it turns out, that's pretty much what we managed to accomplish.

And to put an even more positive spin on it, depending on what positions people are recruiting for, pick 9 is actually a bit higher than 9th best... assuming after Boyd they were all mids, then that is 8th best mid at worst; but I'm guessing there are some others in there that aren't mids.

I would think he means that we have basically used our 1st pick already (on Tyson) and now our 2nd is 9 instead of 20. Makes sense.

Yeah, it's all Pedersen's fault that he got taken by the club and just may not have been good enough to make it at AFL level... but given time and the right coaching he might be able to make it yet. If you want a good example of how a very average player can blossom under Roos, look no further than LRT at the Swans. And I agree with you whole heartedly... we SHOULD all make it personal and start bagging him for his poor physique and his poor play... I mean to say, we should be sending the link to these shots off to Jenny Craig so she can come to his rescue.

Just a heads up for anyone who may be interested; the International Rules game will be live from Ireland on 7Mate starting at 6:30am on Sunday morning. With Aaron Davey installed as VC and Dom Barry playing his first game at a "senior" level, it at least means it holds some interest for us. Please don't use this thread just to run the format down or to derail the thread with petty arguments about the worth of this game.
