Booing is for the underclasses. Use your words. As for Jackson, I don't like it but at least he didn't fake agony about the decision like some others. Hope he has an injury free, profitable, and reasonably average career in an ordinary side.

One day I'll rate it above about 90% of the other seasons in my lifetime. For now it feels like a massive waste.

A message to the marketing department

If that rubbish is handed out the marketing department deserve to be chased from the ground under a hail of bottles. -
AFLW List Changes 2022

God yes I am, other than Bannan kicking goal of the year out of nowhere we're rotten when the ball hits the ground. -

What happened to Sabreena Duffy? Played one practice match, had an injury scare, but isn't on the injured list now. Would surely walk into our forward line if available. -
Hard to judge a career when he's been on the field about 15% of it.

Our forwards have gotta kick straight to win matches!
Supermercado replied to Supreme_Demon's topic in Melbourne Demons
We could have covered the set shot misses if we'd kicked more than a couple of goals from open play. -
Jackson clobbered Brisbane two weeks ago and they're going to be playing second string rucks. No chance.

Thoughts and prayers to Channel 7 Adelaide, who tried mightly but failed to punt their team home. -
AFLW: Rd 01 vs Adelaide

[Wrong thread. What a goose]. -
Only ever played two finals against them - 1936 PF and 1987 SF. Seemed like ridiculously low numbers for two clubs who have been in the comp from the start. Then I looked at Richmond and we've only played them twice - both in 1940.

AFLW: Practice Match curtain raiser to Dees vs Blues
Supermercado replied to Demonland's topic in AFL National Women's League
It's weird that there's no match report on our website for the Carlton game. Working off the Twitter feed I've got all 13 goalscorers, but had to go to the Carlton website to find the goals/behinds at the end of each quarter. Can understand the Essendon game not getting coverage, but it's NQR not to put the scores/goalkickers of an official game on the website at a minimum. P.S - If anyone's got the full list of goalscorers and quarter break goal/behind scores for Essendon I'd appreciate them for adding to Demonwiki -

Hope for his sake he's bringing prime Franklin, Roughead, Hodge and Rioli too.

You still get plenty of comments on blogs, it's just most of them are offering business opportunities in Zimbabwe.

Anything can happen in September, but using a ladder position built on 10 wins half a season ago to justify why we'll do well now is taking a whizz on the leg and saying it's raining.

More to be pitied than despised.

They were so fired up by it that they... went four goals behind? Good one Jeremy.

No way he's coming back here to be hassled by fans in the line at the deli when he can stay in Syndey and be anonymous.

Eddie Betts opens up on the weird camp
Supermercado replied to John Crow Batty's topic in Melbourne Demons
It's on the Adelaide official YouTube channel for.... unclear reasons. Still 1% upset we didn't win by the ton. -

Making Don Pyke lose his mind and walk around silently eyeballing players is one of the great, underrated MFC highlights.- 197 replies

Goulburn Valley League was the main zone, but every team also got a collection of minor country leagues. Ours were the Kyabram, Picola, Riddell, Echuca, Tungamah, and Benalla leagues.
