That first quarter may way cost us a place in the finals.
-
I called it 4 weeks ago when we lost to North. When push comes to shove our leaders are losers. Jones should be offered to the highest bidder.
-
Anyone that says Jones Tyson and T Mcdonald aren't trade bait are kidding themselves.
-
They look like scoring every time they go forward.
-
Hogan's out there.
-
Jones proving he's a perennial loser. Lewis and Vince cashing their paycheck. Gawn taking the [censored]. Hunt, Hibberd and Brayshaw haven't hit a target between them. Garlett missing sitters. Entry forward deplorable. Importantly, Pies have numbers around the ball and win the important contests. It's less about how we're playing and more about how Collingwood is playing, which is quite good. They trust one another, back each other. This is a colassal choke by Melbourne, and is a massive indictment on out leaders. There's still too many losers in red and blue.
-
Why would you want to watch it?
-
Our defensive efforts having been mothing short of awful. Jones is playing like perennial loser. Lewis and Vince getting destroyed.
-
Brayshaw finally hit a target.
-
Their transition out of defense and numbers on attack are killing us. They look like scoring every time they go forward.
-
Hate to go into wrist slashing mode but this is worrying.
-
3 Collingwood goals from abysmal entries and easy transition out of our attack. Garlett's miss from 10 meters out has set the tone so far
-
Show this to the team before the game to fire them up.

If we lose then I think it's more likely we miss finals than make them. That's not my wrist slashing Melbourne supporter talking: that's the reality of the variables at play because I think West Coast will beat Adelaide, regardless of the Melb v Pies result. We might not appreciate it here but the Subiaco factor is huge for West Coast. It's their home and they will most definitely go out on a high. Their last game there would be akin to us playing the last game at the MCG ever. The attachment that club has to Subi is no different to what we have to the G. They will beat Adelaide by 6-7 goals.

Is that what the kids are calling it these days?

Imo midfielders are a dime a dozen, a good key position player is rare. Kelly would be the cherry on top of what can potentially be a very good midfield if it isn't already. Lever straightens us up even more. I like to look at Essendon of 2000 as a gauge of a great team. They were amazing starting from defense. They were so tough to score against and their goals came from across the field. I voted Kelly but meant to vote for Lever. Imo if you don't have a sound defense, your midfield can be amazing, 99/100 you won't go all the way. Lever would be the finishing touch next to the McDonald's, Hibberd, Hunt, Salem. Our primary concern this year has been opposition transition out of attack, and our backline has held up extremely well. Hibberd has been the difference. Throw in Lever...as someone in the media said this week, we become flag favourites. You can't pass up a good key defender or forward. We'd be crazy to pick Kelly over Lever if we had the chance. If we get Lever, we're a top 4 side. 100%. It's less certain with Kelly imo.

Just realised there was a typo in my post, but "Collingwoof" is accurate.

Nothing a few thousand free tickets can't fix!
-
Are Collingwoof supporters allowed in MCC? Do any of them own collared clothing?

I'm super emotional about tomorrow. Nervous. Excited. I think they call that anxious? Thinking of the siren ringing and knowing we're going to September..it makes me emotional, almost to the point of tears. I think we'll get it done. And comfortably.
-
I....did not know this.
-
Imo if they've got to have the pre finals bye, at least have something on then. I think an AFLW state of origin of All Stars match would go down well.
-
Zero chance Dogs win it with back to back trips to Perth. They may have still beaten the Eagles because they were terrible in that Elim, but they'd have crashed against the Hawks.
-
Lewis and Viney will be up there. Neville will frequent the votes but won't get many high ones imo. Won't be surprised if Hibberd pipes it and takes it home.

Isn't this current injury unrelated to his past one? And the reason they're being super conservative is so as to not inflame the other injury?
