It's his inconsistent set-shot approach that seems to be causing the most trouble for him. I don't care if he adopts a flawed approach at goal, so long as he finds a consistent routine that gets results, more often than not. Josh Kennedy has found a way to make the stutter approach work for him.

You're judging O'Meara on what he was, not what he now is. He's been out of the AFL scene for 2 years now, so no-one knows what he is capable of now.

This significantly diminishes his trade value to either 2 x later first round picks, or 1xtop10 & 1 x 2nd round pick, if GC are lucky. O'Meara is out of contract and if he chooses to leave, GC will need to accept the best offer that is given to them.

Lobb would be the ideal player to go after, but there's no hope of landing him.
