Yeah spot on. When I had a look at most peoples 2014 line ups I didn't see a lot of Dunn (also Strauss, Pedersen, Byrnes ect). If it was him he is looking big (or that just might be my bad memory). Re Roos well we have been promised a lot by other coaches and look how that's gone. Sure Roos comes with what the others haven't had - premiership credentials - but ultimately when it comes to players at the MFC you can lead them to water but you can't make them drink.

Was 'running' around the tan this morning and saw Frawley and Dunn doing some 20m sprints up Amderson St hill... At least I thought it was Dunn (didn't have the mo) Moving very quickly between a few bus loads of tourists.

Howe about this? Dawes - Hogan - Byrnes Trengove - Clark - Howe Watts will play in the mid but can go forward instead of Howe Fitzy can go up forward when Hogan is out

Met a guy today who also plays for Port Melbourne and rates him very highly both in the mid and up forward.

I like your optimism but I reckon that's a bit of a stretch for an unproven forward line and when you think about our midfield whilst Toumpas and Viney should have improved a lot and Cross and Tyson are good to go additions, Vince is a breakeven, and Mitchie and pick 9 will take another year. At this stage I think Essendon, Richmond, Carlton and Collingwood will have better lists than us. If we could beat St Kilda, GWS, Bulldogs and possibly Brisbane that would be a very good year for us.

Beating St Kilda, Bulldogs, Brisbane and GWS? (5 wins?) Brisbane might be pushing it but you never know after their turmoil towards the end of this season.

Fat chance as they would have tried to something them for a lower pick and historically I don't think anyone has passed that low, but you never know!

Haven't been able to play sport since I was 16 due to ruining my knees from another sport. But I did play a couple of games at school before that and was absolutely hopeless. First touch I did a Majak Daw, second touch I chipped a tooth, third got caught holding the ball, and fourth I got a tour of the ground from the back of my jumper. After that I decided it was best to retire and heckle from the comfort of my couch and keyboard.
