  1. Beating Geelong in Geelong for first time in a long time on Sunday June 21st. Just imagine what it would do for players and supporters given everything that has happened since 186. That's the one thing that will signal we have moved on from the pain and heartbreak that has surrounded this club for so long. That will announce to the competition our resurgence. That we are no longer the leagues bunnies. We are coming [censored], and we are breathing fire and vengeance!
  2. So sad he can't play like he did in round 2, 2010 anymore. has lost so much confidence, and with it the flair that made him great in his early years.
  3. With proDee on this one. I also think he should be measured on goal assists as much as goals. One of his biggest strengths is the ability to bring other forwards into the game and set up goals with smart plays and effective disposal.
  4. I think we're always too tall since Roos took over. Would like to see us opt for some speed up forward to feed off Hogan/Pedo/Frost/wheover bringing the pill to ground. Gawn and Dawes never hold their marks anyway.
  5. Agreed, very different scenario to Watts. I saw Hogan in his first year for Casey be an on-field leader with his physicality and his ability to direct others. He is a beast of a bloke and an absolute mongrel on the field. Very different player than Watts, from both a physical and an attitude perspective...
  6. Sound great, looking forward to giving it a listen.
  7. Guys, I agree last night's game was extremely disapointing. But what we're feeling now is probably very similar to what the Tiges supporters felt like after being beaten by us in last years pre-season. Their year turned out all right. Sure we have some serious team psyche issues but things can change quickly. And momentum is a very, very powerful thing...
  8. Unfortunately bee play like deer in the headlights when we are expected to win, because the fear of losing is so great. Our collective psyche is so fubared.
  9. It'll be live on the AFL website, not the MFC one. EDIT: Live on AFL website if you have a premium account/subscription
  10. Exactly. Do you expect an organisation to uphold all morale virtue no matter the expense? Sorry but that's unrealistic. There is a lot worse going on in sporting organisations across the world.
  11. Seeing as you asked, why do you think you're gods gift to the world and are superior to everyone else just because you hang out at training every second day? Your posts are laced with arrogance and contempt for other posters and it's getting old. Thanks gawd the season is about to start.
  12. Apparently we did 180% of the kms this pre-season compared to last according to Tommy Mac. That is significant.
  13. He'll get injured sooner or later. It's what he's done his whole career...
  14. Yeah I think he might be hypersensitive to the slightest niggle at the moment. If he can get a few games under his belt his focus on his body will hopefully decrease.
  15. Why would he train indoors just because he's got a sore back. Sounds a bit weird. But hey, if the kid ever gets out on the park, it'll be a bonus for us, that's the way I'm looking at it.
  16. Sorry but this is shocking form after sending emails to members asking them to get along to this training session. I'm really dissapointed in the club.
  17. was freaking out when saw this thread but I see they haven't changed anything for android yet so all good. Android will prob come next year...
  18. They have been for the past three years, yes, as long as they are on Fox Footy. And can also be watched anytime on demand from within the app from 12 hours after the conclusion of the match, just like regular season games.
