I am hearing an echo. See below: " In answer to a post where it was asked why it couldn’t happen, I posted the above as my first post, of many, though latterly just having a bit of fun. Deep down this has always been my belief in relation to Elliott, who is one of the Pies’ fans favourite players. Happy to be proved wrong, but I feel they, the Elliott team, have used us and the Lions to get a better deal from the Pies. We will soon know. "

This would send DL into meltdown. Frost cleared to Hawks tomorrow at 9.05am and nothing happens for players reportedly coming to us for a few days.
  8. I promised not to comment on the former, but as to the latter, that would be fine if true.
  9. Well for a start nothing can happen until tomorrow at the earliest.

Our problem is not Oscar and he will not be our worst player next year. He is not a turnover merchant. Personally I think he will have an improved year. Love to see him put on 5kgs of muscle.

Darwin gone. On a side note, Lions brought in 4 players in last couple of years who finished top 10 in B & F and 2 last year who won and finished 4th. Good recruiting.

What about less plane travel, to a bloke who has suffered possible back related hamstring injuries?
  14. Redleg replied to Lord Nev's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
    That is a fair question.

Doesn’t need an empty bottle with us, he can simply wee on a beautiful Goschs tree, right next to where he is training and no one will see him because no one will be there.

What is wrong with Goschs paddock? Surely he would love the majestic view of punt road traffic, while training in front of 3 people and Saty.

Don’t give up, he doesn’t trust Queensland water, the bottle of water he is carrying is from Victoria.

We might have $600k more to spend each year for the next 3-4.

You mean continue to kick off one step like we do now.

You can improve set shot kicking, but kicking on the run is far harder and in many cases impossible, as players revert to what they are used to when running and under pressure of being tackled.
